with Sophia and Emunza and the service was second to none. I have now worn the replacement shoes yesterday and they are even more comfortable than the earlier pair I had. Comfort is important to me as I have a problem with my right foot. If you want outstanding service and an excellent golf shoe that you must buy an Ecco golf shoe. BTW they are 100% water proof. They will cost a little bit more but they are worth every cent. You will be very pleased that you made the purchase.

Worst shoes I ever bought for 280$. Very heavy uncomfortable. And the laces keep opening up creating nuisance for me. My calf muscles pain due to the lifting of heavy weight of shoes. Dont buy it. sole on one shoe came apart a short time after purchase making them unwearable. Obviously a fault, rare but it happens. Because of illness acute then chronic we did not take the shoes back when they were in warranty. In September 2024 with the shoes still sitting in the laundry looking so pretty and so unwearable, I contacted Ecco as per the advice of the staff at the Sydney CBD store. Ecco customer service advised me to send an email with photos. I sent a screenshot of the credit card transaction as I did not have the receipt, and I sent the photos of the shoes. Then Ecco paid for the shoes to go back to them - they examined them and then offered a replacement! My daughter went to an Ecco store and chose a beautiful alternate pair see photo. Ecco then posted out the same shoes! I am very very grateful to Ecco for this excellent customer service

Worth the price – Ecco shoes might be on the pricey side but it’s so worth it. The most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn! I just got a pair of off-road women's sandals for my upcoming trip to Italy. I've had terrible foot pain recently and spent around $1500 trying different shoes, even earthrunner sandals which only caused more pain. I bought the ECCO multi-vent Men's Leather Gore-Tex Shoe (retail price $419.95) for a year and a half ago. year warranty is to counter its poor quality customers reach out to around the year time). They also mentioned the top part of the shoes was torn due to wear and tear – how can a top part be worn out with a year? My recommendation is to invest in another brand for a much lower price that provide the same result. Very dissatisfied but this is how you learn about a products / brand quality.
Ecco shoes’ soles have a disintegration time – Surprised to see that my previous review has been deleted. of $50 credit for an online full priced shoe is not helpful to someone who wears orthotics and needs to try on their footwear to ensure correct fit. Ecco shoes disintegrate even when uppers are in sound condition. Save the expensive cost- I certainly will.

it was on sales. My husband only wore in it maybe 5 time max as it’s only 2 months old. Contacted head office they said to contact the store. The store then assessed and said that its wear and tear issue and there is nothing they can do as it’s got nothing to do with manager fault. OMG so frustrated. We had never had this issue with any of our shoes before. This is the first time and given the price is over $300 for a pairs and it’s only 2 months old. Amazing customer service – My neighbour had an issue with a previous purchase. ECCO were just amazing, responding very quickly. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to resolve the matter. complaints, just refer it to their quality control- bearing in mind I was complaining both about the shoe & the way I was treated. I followed up & asked who would respond. Twice they have responded in an abrupt manner to say no action is required! I presume it’s automated. So no proper response in 4 weeks. ‘ Thank you for your message. Your feedback will be forwarded to our Quality Department.

Great Customer Service – I have been a long standing Ecco customer and recently had an unusual issue relating to a faulty sole on a shoe that was several years old. Replced Faulty Shoes – Had an issue with one of my Ecco moccasin shoes. the tassel came off. I took the shoe to the store and the lovely girl there found my receipt from the computer and we completed a fault form. 2-3 days later received an email from ecco to say that my shoes are now through assessment.
