Very unsatisfied customer – Eco alliance hot water heater… I have called customer service about 7 times to let them know my heater is running continously and is very loud at night so I would like to adjust the timer on at as my bills are very high and each time I am told someone will call me or they say they will escalate the problem to a technician and they will call me but no one does. Absolutely disgusted with this company.

Dodgy dodgy product with pathetic service – If I could turn back time I would, first unit constantly pushed out rusty water took weeks to change unit. Now both tanks are leaking water constantly and machines are constantly running. Was told to wait 2 weeks for technician to look at, had to take a day off work for them to look at it. I been stuck calling an overseas call centre, and all I get is we are sorry for inconvenience, then get a text message saying will be another 3 weeks until someone can come look at it. This is not acceptable and will reported to government ombudsman. This is costing me money, with a day off work, and electricity with units running. I will be looking at cost being reimbursed. Stay away from this dodgy company. Should have known like any other government scheme, it ruined by dodgy operators.

Poor after service – Eco Alliance called me 12 times in one day before the installation. But now that it’s installed and I’ve reported it leaks from the copper pipes I’ve heard nothing. Show details

Heat pump hot water change over – Initially sceptical about offer, but patience of marketing personal worked. The unit was installed and was up and running within a week of sending in existing hot water system installation photos. Very happy with sales, installer and follow up calls. Have had nothing but trouble – Since having the unit installed we have the unit for a 5 person home . We run out of hot water writhing 15 mins . I have complained so many time we get no feed back no response they say they will send a service tech out and no one ever shows . NOT HAPPY UNIT IS CRAP. Very happy – Finally got the units installed after 6 months and a couple of providers later. Had installed booked but people didn't show. down so the couldn't come on the day planned. Another person contacted me and gave a new date and as promised the electrician arrived to do what he needed to do. The plumber arrived as promised 2 hours later I was happy to see that both tradies were local to northern Victoria. Happy with the units and the performance so far. Will need to wait til the power bill arrives before l can access how efficient they are. Would recommend Eco Alliance without hesitation.
