It seems you have to purchase the optional mulching blades despite the mulching plug being supplied. Is that correct? If so how much better does it mulch with the mulching blades and how difficult is it to switch them over?

My mower came with mulching blades. I think it would be a pain to have to change them though. The mower seems to mulch quite well but only if your grass is very dry and quite short already. When it is a bit longer it is better to catch the grass or rake up after you have cut

M mine did great on the first time out with the mulched and catcher. Will mulch next time with the plug in!

I purchased this mower in February 2021. The battery has now failed. I delivered the 7.5amp battery and charger to the warranty service agent in Noosaville on the 14th of February 2022 for replacement. It is now the 22nd February and still no replacement battery. I have tried to contact EGO 1300000346 to ask when I will get the battery, it's goes to answering machine. I left a message 0900 hrs 21st February and no reply. I then sent an email to EGO on the afternoon of the 21st February, NO REPLY. I called EGO 1300 000 346 and pressed 1 for service...transfer failed. Call EGO 1000 000 346 and went to customer service, the person who answered transferred me to warranty, held on for 3 minutes and then went to answering service. Again I have left a message....will some one call me back???? EGO warranty service is absolutely terrible...recommend there products NEVER NERVER NEVER

Hi does this come with the extra blades for different blades configurations for bagging or mulching? Seems like the US version comes with the extra blades.

No. The mulching blade has to be bought separately. However the mulching plug for the shute is supplied with the mower.

Does this bag better than the steel deck single blade?

It bags pretty well but I usually just mulch into the grass and let that break down.

I’ve done less bagging than straight mulching . When I tried the bagging out, it was as good as any mower I’ve had in the past with the weight distribution good towards the front (not tipping mower up). Mulching on the other hand is fantastic.
