Using the Remote: • Press the HOME button on the remote control • Select Settings • The next steps will depend on your TV menu options: • Select Device Preferences — Reset • Select Device Preferences – About – Reset • Select Storage and Reset • Select Factory Reset • Select Erase Everything • Select Yes.

I’m having issues with Eko tv and remote. It’s stuck on one tv channel. I can use all buttons on the remote and but channel buttons or the guide isn’t working I also tried buttons in the side of tv and only the channel buttons seem to be only ones not working.
