Why doesn't the elina 792D have a catcher for material been cut when sewing

Not all overlockers have a lint catcher available, but we can advise in the new year there will be a lint catcher available which will fit your overlocker, though it is Janome branded. The inside needle is bending with the eye part bending forward when the needle is coming up to the start position. It seems to be catching as going up

My overlocker will not sew hand wheel pops the screw
I need to change one spool of thread. The manual says to tie a knot to join the old to the new thread, pull through an cut the knot then retire as, but I cannot pull the threads on my Elna 792D. Has anyone done this?

Yes BUT I would not recommend this machine to anyone - it is extremely difficult to thread, the instructions are woeful - if you are going to buy it insist that they demonstrate how to thread all four needles. I found I needed special wire loops to get the thread around the machinery - which were not supplied and not even available in the store (I got them online). Find a better machine that's easier to thread.

Hi, the needle plate on my Elna 745 is loose and I can’t get it to click back into position as the instructions state. HELP?!
I was happily seeing and for no reason it stopped sewing by this I mean it no longer looped and sewed. Mid seam. Needles fine tension untouched. Any clues ?
I would go back a double check the threading of the machine . I had to watch a YouTube clip to find out I was missing one hole that is difficult to get to and easily missed
