not a good experience – Purchase 2 mattresses. We also purchased there topper to make sure we got the comfort we wanted and they said we would The flip topper was supposed to improve the comfort, it is too firm and holds in the heat in the summer. never would have bought them if we had seen them or tried them in a shop. They didn’t offer to return it as they say in their adds. Can’t recommend there mattress or customer service.

Now on to the product itself… Each side has a different level of firmness. Personally, I found the firmer side too hard, and a little uncomfortable. But the softer side is perfect and provides the support my back needs. Definitely give both sides a try before deciding whether it‘s the right fit for you.

Overall, really happy with my purchase - I wasn’t quite ready to purchase an entire new mattress, so I’m really happy to have been able to find this less expensive solution.

Flip topper – By having both medium and soft sides, can't really tell which is which, and the medium takes over due to the thin layers of both. Wanted soft, got harder than expected. Should have a topper with just soft and no combination.

Still really pleased with the mattress topper! – Have had this several months now and am still really happy with the comfort it gives. First purchased in the warmer months and it didn’t make me too hot - good temperature regulation. I’ve now slept on it through winter and have been pleased with the continued temperature regulation; warm and comfy :) The support factor remains good giving that bit of cushioning without sagging. Chemical smell – Totally agree about the very strong chemical smell. It just arrived today, so hoping that a comfortable night's sleep will make up for that, and that the awful smell will dissipate in time, and it is improving each day. Other than that, order and delivery was trouble free.

Very happy with purchase – Mattress topper is a good thickness and feels like it will hold its shape well. Has definitely improved comfort of mattress without being too soft. I like it – My mattress was starting to run down. Rather than throw it out, I was able to use this topper - which was cheaper than buying a new mattress. It still is a bit pricey though...

Failure to deliver the item – Item was not delivered. Also, the mattress has an odor that does not go away. The mattress smells the strong stale smell like the inside of a warehouse. My wife pointed this out to me first. We are trying to air out the mattress by leaving all the sheets and blankets off during the day.
