Even after the contract was signed, Russell’s support didn’t stop. He’s remained involved, consistently checking in and ensuring everything is progressing smoothly. It’s rare to see still remaining so invested after the paperwork is done, but Russell has made it clear that his priority is delivering a great experience from start to finish.

Once we moved into the contract and pre-prestart phase, we were introduced to Sam, the Contracts Administrator and she has been equally phenomenal. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and depth of knowledge have made what could have been a stressful and confusing process feel seamless and clear. Sam takes the time to explain every document, process, and technical detail without ever making us feel like we’re asking a silly question. Her calm and thorough communication has helped us feel confident at every step.

We receive updates from Sam/Russell every fortnight, (sometimes sooner) and we’ve never once felt left in the dark. It’s obvious that both Russell and Sam genuinely care about the homes they help bring to life and the people behind them.

sales consultant was so friendly and professional and gave me so much reassurance. He emailed me a bunch of plans. After I had explained what I was looking for and my budget he then sent me the perfect plan. From that point I felt like I had made the right decision. Pre start was amazing. I didnt over spend nor was I pushed to. The suggestions made were sensible and of benefit to me individually and they were suggestions that I never would have thought of! I was told from the start that construction would be 2 years. I moved in just short of 2 years. The communication during construction was excellent. For the majority of the build, updates were every fortnight. My site supervisor was very down to earth and very approachable. His motto is "I treat every build as if I was handing it to my Grandma" and the quality of my home is of the highest standard. The experience of all the staff at Endeavour Homes is out of this world. honest and upfront where we might experience delays or have issues, offered options and help. Am ok with that as long as I know upfront I can work with that. So far the delays we thought we would have, we have not had them and the build has progressed ahead of time and no price increases. We are building rural outside of normal areas endeavour build in so we had expected huge delays but to our surprise none at all, also we had lots of variations of cost in contract which we would know what they would be after the work was done due to our block and ground conditions. Only variation was for 3k which came as big surprise for the better. From our initial meeting to pick everything inside and out of the hose it's been an awesome experience, all questions answered, all worries taken away. The ladies in the office have been amazing to deal with. A huge shout out to our client liaison who has been an absolute champion, weekly and fortnightly updates with photos and answers every email sent to her, and our supervisor who was such a down to earth guy that had answeres to all my questionns without even batting an eye lid, there was nothing that i pointed out and asked about that he wasnt already aware of and explaned what was going on. 20th April building permit, 1st June slab down and today 9th October our roof cover was completed. So happy to see our build move past the others who started a year ahead of us and are at roof frame stage for the last 6 months. Neighbours have even began complementing the workmanship and professionalism of the site crews. Have inspected every stage of the build so far my self trying my hardest to pick on things due to paying so much money for a top quality product and just can't fault anything. Can't wait to move in to our dream family home that we have sacrificed so much for and endeavour homes has been delivering on their promises so far. up and shortly after I had a contract with a set build cost and time frame. This was really important for me to know that costs weren't going to blow out or change once building had started. Prestart was fantastic and the ladies in the office really know their stuff. They were really helpful with suggestions and giving different options to keep me on budget but still give me what I wanted. I was able to see all the products that I could choose from to make my house a home and the ladies put everything together like my tiles, benchtops, cupboard colours, roof tiles and bricks. My slab went down through winter and I was concerned this would slow things down which it did slightly but only due to weather and only by a couple of weeks. The brick work has now all gone up and I'm so happy to say the guys have done an amazing job, it has only taken about 3 weeks and all the brick work is done. With all the negative talk about bad brickwork and long build times I'm so happy to say we have not encountered any of that with Endevour homes. They have kept me informed of what is going on and when I can expect the next stage of the build to progress. I really couldn't be happier and thoroughly recommend using Endeavour Homes to build your dream home.
