I can’t turn the timer off- have followed the instructions held the Activate timer button down and pressed it several times. Any help? Thanks so much Anne-Marie

Just recently moved and wanted to check out the fire place - D-Series - Found the isolation switch on the wall - One solid green light the other is a flashing green light . Pressed on, on the remote but nothing happens on the fireplace , no start up symbol etc Just shows room temp and I can access all of the features on the remote itself but the fireplace does nothing?

My recently installed DS1400 fireplace won't turn on (it worked a month ago after installation). The remote was saying 'wait' but wouldn't ignite. Now the remote doesn't do anything apart from turn on & I've just changed the batteries. The 4 diagnostic lights show green, off, flashing red & flashing green. No luck with the manual/auxiliary button & have tried re-pairing the remote but it's already paired. Any suggestions please?

Hi Katherine, I contacted Escea support & they organised a plumber who came out - they ended up having to replace a part, which luckily he could do on the spot.
