ALDI Essential Health Slim & Trim - Coffee

It taste good but too much sugar is not good if your goal is to lose weight – I believe just one a day is ok because it has too much sugar at one time. I wouldn't recommend it for people with diabetes or trying to lose weight. I bought it from Aldi in Albury NSW

Tasty – I love the coffee one too & also have a hard time sourcing it on the Gold Coast. The only one I don’t really like is the strawberry flavour. My preference is coffee, vanilla then chocolate, I sometimes add banana to the vanilla or chocolate. to starting the shakes, I weighed 105.7kg. In my first week on the shakes, I have lost 4.5kg. WOW!!! I am extremely happy. I have quite a lot more weight to lose, but with the help of the shakes and a sensible eating plan and some exercise, I'm looking forward to seeing the new me in the not so distant future. Sunday 30/05/2021: I'm 3 and a half weeks into my weight loss journey & I'm super proud to report that with the shakes & a sensible eating plan and some exercise, I've now lost 7.5kg. I have reached my 1st goal in my weight loss journey & after 3 & a half weeks I am now under 100kg. From 105.7kg 3 & a half weeks ago, I am now 98.2 kg. I can honestly say, these shakes really do work along with a healthy eating plan & exercise, they are really helping me to keep motivated and keep on losing weight, so that I can be a healthier version of myself. Sunday 13/06/2021: I'm 5 and a half weeks into my weight loss journey and I'm extremely happy to report that I've reached my 2nd milestone into my weight loss goals. To date I've now lost 10.2kg and already feeling a huge improvement. My arthritis in my knees is getting better which means I'm able to do a lot more walking and not have pain afterwards. I'm beginning to feel a lot more energetic which in turn makes me more motivated to exercise more. It's a win-win for me. I'm looking forward to seeing a new me very soon. I'd like to lose another 30kg, so I'm sure with a lot of continued wheel power I WILL achieve my ultimate goal. But for now, it's the small achievable goals that I look forward to each week & I look forward to sharing my achievements with you. Friday 27th August 2021: I'm now almost 4 months into my weight loss journey and I'm absolutely pleased to report that I have now lost 22.9kg and I feel fantastic!!! I feel so energetic and even more motivated than ever before to keep up with my exercise and weight loss. It's also a real benefit to my health as my arthritis in my knees isn't as painful, which makes it so much easier & bearable for me to exercise. My blood pressure has also come back down which I am happy about because it means I don't have to take medication to reduce my blood pressure. I still stick to my strict sensible eating plan where I have 1 shake for breakfast in the morning which keeps me full and satisfied for most of the day and I drink water throughout the day and for dinner I have a light meal with a glass of water. I'm a little over half way to my goal weight and I'm really looking forward to seeing the new me soon.

Sunday 2nd January 2022: I've now been on the Aldi Slim & Trim shakes for 8 months and I've now lost 42kg. I've almost reached my 1st goal. When I first started on the shakes I was 105.7kg and now 8 months later I am 63.5kg and almost at my 1st goal. My next challenge once I lose a few more kilos will be to maintain my new weight and keep the weight off for good. I feel absolutely fantastic and proud of myself that even over the Christmas/New Year period even though I've had a little treat here and there, I've managed to keep on losing weight during the festive season. I will definitely continue having the Aldi Slim and Trim Shakes once I reach my goal weight just to help me maintain my weight loss and help prevent me from putting the weight back on and undoing the fantastic work that I've achieved over the past 8 months.

weight!!) So I set to replacing my lunch with a shake followed by a light meal at night (due to the nature of my lifestyle and work, I have been eating the Frozen meals also from Aldi). On Monday nights I have a small salad and if I ever feel hungry I just have another shake. In January I was 159kg (22kg weight loss). And over the course of 14 days I have shed a further 7kg since having one 24 hour period a week of just shakes (Friday night through to Saturday night, followed by a small omelette on Sunday for breakfast). becoming difficult with temptations to overeat and snack all the time. I have had enough. I read about Jackie’s story of losing weight by trying Aldi Trim and Slim and thought I would give it a go. I never thought meal replacement was for me. I bought all four Trim and Slim flavours and one day reluctantly tried one. These shakes are just delicious! I add fresh strawberries to the strawberry shake, or frozen blueberries to the vanilla shake, or half a banana to the chocolate/coffee shake, or they are just perfect on their own. They are very filling!! I don’t crave for food nor do I feel like I am starving and I can go through the day feeling positive and full of energy. I am a vegetarian and love that the shakes are vegetarian friendly and have vitamins and minerals including iron. I am losing weight and on my path to a healthy weight and it is all thanks to Aldi. Thank you for making it cost and time effective to lose weight!

Lumps – The formula has been changed, not more good product, doesn't melt properly , to tick if mix with milk. I read now you advise to mix only with water, before with old formula was optional mix with milk and was perfect for add extra protein. Coffee Flavour – I have tried coffee, chocolate, strawberry and vanilla but the only flavour I like is the coffee. I love the coffee flavoured shake but it sells out quickly and then we have to wait until the chocolate is gone before they put more coffee ones on the shelves. Coffee flavour is awesome!!! – Tried healthy mummy smoothies but had bad side effects due to my antidepressants mixed with the smoothie powder ingredients .Tried these and no side effects, Not to mention these are delicious with vitasoy almond milk its just like an iced coffee easy to stick to. Show details

Great value for money in comparison to more expensive brands – I would like to say that I have tried all flavours and compared this product to the results I got from Celebrity slim. The flavour of all the shakes was just like having a milkshake. Also, there was a thick consistency which made it more filling and enjoyable to consume. Keep in mind that this product has a high fructose content though which is not as bad as glucose but still comes in unnaturally high levels and isnt that good either.

your liver like cane sugar, thus no weight gain! People vilifying fruit and fructose needs to stop. There is so much goodness is fruit, including fructose that has amazing benefits from fruit!

I suggest you do research before vilifying the product. Fructose is a 100,000,000 beneficial sweetener than artificial sweeteners which are toxic and dangerous chemicals. My reason for LOVING the product is because fructose and no some chemical cocktail!!

Aldi shakes on the tv so I suggested this to her. She did some research for me and agreed to let me try it. I prefer the coffee and strawberry flavours. The flavours and textures are very palatable. I needed to loose at least 10 kg before surgery last christmas. I started using the Aldi Slim & Trim shakes from mid November and lost 12 kg in 5 weeks. I have continued using the shakes. I have lost over 40 kgs in 7 months. I am wrapped. I have gone from wearing size 22/24 clothes to 12/14 and can now go into any clothing shop and not feel embarrassed, ashamed or guilty. I am only too happy to tell people how I have lost my weight.
