Stay Away! Buyers beware!!!! – I purchased a whole outdoor set including table, chairs, lounge, side tables and coffee table. The quality is bellow par. I have furniture which is brand new with wholes in the wicker. I constantly snag my clothes on the splinters of the furniture. concerns were addressed two weeks late, and then denied. First they claimed it was not within the 48 hour return policy, which it was. Then, they need to send someone to inspect the returns, but they haven’t contacted me yet. When I called to complain she said it would be a 20 percent penalty to return the furniture, plus shipping cost and exchange only. I’ve written to department of fair trading. Bad quality, bad customer service and bad ethics.
Disappointing – II bought a rug, but it arrived smelly and dirty, and they won't accept a return. I wasted my money and time, and it's a name I never want to hear again. Show details

Terrible service – I do not recommend this store! We are frequent customers to Eureka and have never had an issue using any of their other stores in QLD. However our dealings with this store has been beyond disgusting to the point where we were charged by the delivery driver an additional $250 on top of our already paid $150 for delivery just to receive our items. … Read more

Great Service and Range – Overall a great experience. This is mainly due the help we received from Lenda. She was super knowledgeable and extremely patient with us.
