We bought two recliners 2.5 years ago the service was lovely at the time, the chairs are in our media room recently we noticed a small patch peeling like cheap fake leather on the head rest on one of the chairs. other chair is perfect condition but a tiny 5 cm spot got body oil in such a short time. Our leather sofa in the main living area is 26 years old and I have a massage chair also leather perfect !!! Cheap material passed off with expensive price tag ! Shop someone else I find them dishonest and warranty not worth anything. They will lie to get out of repair !!!

door, I looked to my left and their it was.... the table we now have at home in our dining room. We continued to look through the store which was a big mistake, as we sat on this massive corner lounge which was so elegant and so comfy that we now have that at home in the loungeroom, and we weren't even looking for a new lounge!!. Before we pulled the trigger, we did go and look in the competitors store and it just didnt compare. We knew we had found what we wanted. We dealt with Wendy (the one with the accent, Canadian not America :) ) And she was amazing, not pushy, just very helpful and gave us a bit of a history lesson on the company which was started right here in Brissy. Anyway, she did us up a quote including delivery, installation, warranty etc. We went home and measured up, rang the store and confirmed the order and delivery date. The day before delivery, I received a message with the estimated delivery time frame and that I would receive a phone call 30 minutes out. The time I was given was between 9:13am and 1:13pm. I received a phone call from the delivery driver at 10:15am and they turned up at 10:45am. We have stairs which was no problem. They bought everything up, unpacked it, put the lounge and table together, removed all the packaging and took it with them. Dealing with Eureka Furniture was the best experience and its the store I will go to first in future. E

We ordered natur timber table and buffets (yes, we got two), as with natural timber depending on the wood the colors may not be the same. We asked Eureka to match as best they could, the table and buffets were a perfect match. The team at Eureka were amazing to deal with and they had the most wonderful delivery drivers. Show details

this is my 2nd purchase with Eureka， I like the product with full Timber， sales person are nice，particularly Wendy. However it was a bit difficult to accept the furniture which is different from what you see in Showroom. The replacement process is complicated. what I suggest particularly Timber furniture， select in warehouse before proceeding. fortunately my wife is at home，otherwise I don't have time to choose from warehouse. the staff in loganholme is fantastic particularly wendy. and I like the products. however the table I received should be the same as I saw in the showroom，but there is crack on the surface when delivered. if had chance to choose in warehouse no one will select this table！and I have to submit a after care form to replace it which is still pending at moment. Kathy in the logan shop, is absolutely brilliant to deal with, easy going always smiling and nothing is to hard for her. Staff are so hard to find now, I know as I am in business there needs to be alot more of her around.
