paid for the trailer only to find out the information was totally wrong. The girl I spoke to on the phone had a couple of giggles when she said a newish girl had sent out the email. Then why was she allowed to send out incorrect information? Love the quality of the furniture and other products, we bought two big rugs also. Very helpful young man from your pick up area also. Once again the Fyshwick store exceeded expectations. Di is extremely helpful, friendly and went out of her way to assist me with finding the best product for my needs. Unethical, will do anything to get out of fixing faulty products. No communication – We ordered a lounge with a months notice for delivery. We were not notified the lounge was not going to be delivered, but only found out when WE rang up to check. Then we rang and rang. Everything is controlled by head office interstate. floor stock locally and the the other from Qld. We had a problem with the electric recliner mechanism and our warranty claim was rejected soon after purchase because they claimed floor stock had no warranty. We requested this in writing which they failed to supply. It is against Australian Consumer Law to not give a warranty on a new product. We have purchased from them before and there have always been problems: splits in chairs that we had to return (Eureka blamed the excellent carriers who were blameless), table was chipped which which we repaired ourselves. If you have a problem, you won't get any help. We will never buy from them again or set foot in any of their stores again. Their owners are only about them and money, not customers.

Two damaged products. Store refusing refund – I wish I could give less than a one start rating. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Purchased a TV unit in Early January and was told after the purchase was paid for that there were none in stock and one had to be ordered. When it arrived to the store it was damaged. of delivery. I had to call them to find out what was going on. Both my husband and I missed out on a day of work to be there for the delivery that never came. The store ordered another of the same TV unit for us which also came in to the store damaged with the same issue. The storeman at the warehouse in Fyshwick advised us that this was a likely defect with the paint. We asked for a refund as there is clearly a issue with the product and could not be sold as is (the paint across the top on the unit was bubbling across the length and width of both units). The Store and HQ have refused to give us our money back and offered a store credit or ANOTHER replacement. They even admitted that the units came out of a ‘bad batch’. We do not want either as the first same two units were damaged and we are not interested in buying a product that is proven to be low quality with bad batches. The store are currently holding both the product and our money which is completely illegal and bullying. We are now forced to seek legal support to get our money back. This has been a huge waste of our time. I do not advise that anyone purchases anything from this company as there is no protection should you receive a faulty or damaged product. This is an absolute sham. Shame on you Eureka Street furniture.

Both my husband and I were extremely pleased with the store layout and range of product. The service was excellent and we are ecstatic with our purchases, they look great in our home. The Eureka team are fantastic - treat everyone like an important customer, not just a number or profit. They want you to come back.
