Cherelle is just amazing. We went into the port Macquarie store with our mind made up on a lounge suite, but hubby sat on a totally different lounge & it was the one. We came home done Cherelle’s tips with placing objects on the floor to simulate the location of the pieces. So happy with the service from friendly and helpful staff at Eureka Tuggerah. Gabrielle went above and beyond to help us while we chose the lounge that suited our needs. We entered the store and were acknowledged and greeted with a smile by Dee-Anna. We did not know what we wanted and Dee-Anna was very knowledgeable and showed us several different bedside tables that enabled us to settle on a design that suited our requirements. The process and assistance of sale was excellent. However, the process of delivery was poor. Called us on the day of the agreed delivery date, denying that it was agreed, moving it for another week caused us much inconvenience. Show details

it a few days to settle. It didnt settle, it had terrible marks and dents and the recliner dosnt work properly either. I sent photos right away and was told thats just creases give it a month. I emailed back it is NOT just creases so was asked for more photos. There was a delay in response time so I would contact Gosford Store, who were always willing to help. Finally after care decided to send an investigator out to check. He was horrified to see what had been sent and said it was in a bad way. After that an email comes that they will finally REPLACE it as this went on for some time. I said that's fine and after 5 days I had to chase them up again and emailed to ask when it would be replaced? only to be told they dont have any more of the VAUGHAN 2 SEATERS. I was then given 3 choices to refund a measly $350 and keep it, which I didnt think was fair, to get a store credit and return, or return for refund. I have a fractured spine so that is why I bought it and cannot be without somewhere to sit while waiting to chose another one so my only choice was to really keep it as is for refund. I asked for at least half but was bullied and threatened that I had until 5pm 24th Dec to make my decision or they would initiate for the NSW/GOSFORD Store to pick it up, without my consent mind you. This went on for sometime and got nastier and nastier. They were saying they had to pick it up to try and minimise their losses. Couldnt have cared less about my losses. I lost my Mother and this was something she wanted me to have and the After Care were so unkind while I was, and still am grieving. They demanded my decision so I said I had no choice but to keep it and take $350 but that was not what I had wanted to do but I cant be without a lounge. I wrote to Management in QLD also but they also didnt care, it was really very upsetting and completely ignored my reply. Never have I encountered such rude and unhelpful customer service as I did from Nicholas. After his emails I always broke down in tears and told him many times he has NO customer service skills. NONE So just a warning to potential customers, while the GOSFORD STORE has great customer service. The After Care in QLD have none, if anything isnt right you have to deal with QLD, not where you bought it. This is a big problem I sadly didnt realize that and made a terrible mistake. I had to pay an expensive delivery fee also as it comes from QLD when the actual store is about 15 mins away They are not to courteous on the phone in QLD either when checking on the delivery time, and just hang up as the live tracker was constantly wrong on delivery day. I am very disappointed with the poor quality of this lounge and the disgraceful After Care service in QLD. because they do not care. It was a complete waste of money ....

Have purchased large quantities of items from this store on three occasions recently. Considerable time was spent in choosing various decorator or furniture pieces and the total of three large separate orders will be delivered next week. than to say each assistant was amazing. These ladies were more than helpful and were an absolute delight to deal with. For a totally enjoyable and successful shopping experience when home shopping, I would definitely recommend a visit to this store. Incidentally, a large number of decorator items both large and small, were collected personally, and each item was perfectly and protectively wrapped. Great store!
