Although the furniture is beautiful, the customer service was disgraceful. Ordered furniture in march and told 1 month wait for 1 of the 4 piece bedroom suite we ordered. after order I was told they would give free delivery for the delay.... I paid for delivery in the purchase and when I questioned that was told my delivery fee only covered the first 3 pieces delivered.... absolute disbelief. This store took my money and in 5 months never once contacted me to apologise or advise of delays, I had to keep chasing every month.

An ok ish experience – The purchase of the dining chairs was easily completed. I got a call to organise collection and stated the day I would be there. I got a call 2 days later to ask what day I would collect the chairs. I advised I had already stated 2 days earlier when I would be there. I went to collect them, I had to unpack them from the boxes to fit in my vehicle and upon opening the boxes found two of the six chairs to be severely damaged. The sales assistant allowed me to choose 2 chairs from the 4 on display on the shop floor. So that I could take all 6 in one go as I live 1 1/2 hrs drive away from the store. Thankfully I didn’t take the trailer and take them in the boxes as I would have been very disappointed had I done a 3 hr round trip to get home and find that 2 of the chairs were damaged. It might be advisable to check stock on arrival before customers collect to avoid any issues or disappointment. Overall it was an ok ish experience.

Poor service – We were ignored by staff. Had to go to them to ask qusetions. This is not the 1st time. Staff always standing around talking with each other drinking coffee. I knew what i wanted as i already have another piece of furniture from the same range. I wont be shopping there again. I also went to orange previously to check out the products. Sandy was lovely to work with and very helpful. She spent time looking up items and giving us quotes. She was patient and friendly. We haven’t received the furniture yet, but the quality looked amazing and I’m excited to get it.

I found the staff at the Dubbo store very helpful and knowledgeable about keeping my cane lounge looking good. They had the care products I needed in store. Although, if I had been told about the care required when I purchased my lounge I would have brought them then, and not waited until my furniture weathered. Love my lounge. Show details

store we went in, staff checked with us when we entered the store and were happy to let us browse (without following us around and making us feel uncomfortable). When we found a bedroom suite my granddaughter liked, staff were very helpful in giving us the information we needed in regards to the various pieces of the bedroom suite. They were polite and cheerful the whole time we were in the store. We ended up buying the bedroom suite without looking at other stores in Dubbo. Thank you Eureka Dubbo.

Couldn't Be Happier – We saw our perfect lounge on Eureka Furniture's online site and as we were going to before Xmas we called in to have a look. Store was really nice to wander through. We decided in January to buy the Lisette in Natural Cream so rang Dubbo store and organised it over the phone. Staff were lovely and the whole process was a breeze. Service was great! Hope items are great too but they're in storage until December – Pam was amazing to deal with in the Dubbo store. We won't know how our furniture looks until December when our house is built and the furniture went straight into storage.
