was on a ship somewhere and not likely to be available for some time due to 4 weeks customs period. Really disappointed that it's taking so long just to get an entertainment unit as I upgraded my living room furnishings months ago but still waiting for this. I haven't had this sort of problem with other furniture stores, even with customised lounges that were made overseas.

Worse experience ever!Nasty person! All liars! – I spent $5579.99 for two couches(a two seater and three seater),1 dining table and 6 chairs on 16th June. the chairs are in Brisbane warehouse. Many days later a girl called me and told me the chairs had just arrived in the customs, she asked me can I go and pick it up? I was so confused and shocked. I thought the chairs are in Brisbane apparently it had just arrived in Australian customs. The girl working in the shop told me they had them in stock that's why I bought it. She is such a liar! She will do everything just to sell the products. Anyway after chasing them for quite a long time we finally got the two chairs on 18th July. I was wondering where is the three seater couch that was supposed to arrive in the middle of July? The delivery guy says he will ask the shop to call me back. I didn't hear anything from them until 22rd July. Catherine the manager says they will deliver the couch on 2nd August. On that day I was working. My husband was home. He was in the shower plus he has hearing disability so he didn't hear the phone. The delivery guy just left. Catherine messaged me said the guys waited for 20mins and left. So I quickly called her back this time she says the guys waited for 40mins. What a load of rubbish! I tried to ring the delivery guy but they didn't pick up the phone. Catherine said she tried to call them, no answer. I was very very angry and told them I will write a bad review and call dept of fair trading. And then Catherine came up with three solutions: I go and pick it up. Or we split the delivery cost so the delivery company can come back again. Or they will ask their own van to drop it off when they are close to my house for free. I picked the last option. On 9th August Catherine messaged me and said the van will come near my house end of August. She will let me know a date. Again I never heard anything from them. I tried to message her on 29th August,no reply. So I made a phone call to the shop. The girl on the phone was the one who sold me the furniture. She said she has been following up but she forgot to message me. So I asked her is there any plans for my delivery or does she know anything about it as she said she has been following up. She said she has been very busy with other customers and she doesn't know anything about the warehouse as she doesn't work there. She basically told me she has nothing to do with this and she has done nothing wrong. When I brought up the fact that she lied to me about having 6 chairs in stock,she said she never said that and had a real nasty attitude over the phone. What a disgusting person. So here I am writing that I just want to tell you to stay away from this shop. They are very nasty to customers. And you will never get what you paid for. Don't trust a word out of them! I have contacted fair trading. I feel so much better now!

Very poor communication from staff and slow – Purchased table, chairs and stools. After a very long process I could not get the table delivered on a day that suited so they offered to find a delivery person who would do so for $125 cash pretty good deal for the delivery driver. arranged but no one bothered to let me know. The chairs were to be in stock in 2 weeks and the stools a month later I was told I’d be contacted when these arrived and could collect from store. After almost a month I called the store to chase this up only to be told they are in qld and can be transferred to a warehouse in warners bay whenever I want it to be collected. Would have been nice to know after paying for chairs that they are just sitting there! Also the fact I was told to collect from store not some warehouse which still no one has bothered to give me the address of. Would not recommend as extremely disorganised and not worth it.

Ordered barn doors over the phone. The transaction was seamless. Jordan was so patient. He measured the door fittings in store and then waited whilst we measured our walls. The product is in stock and will be delivered by the end of next week. We could not be happier.

I wanted a specific piece of furniture and the store manager, managed to find it for in in store. I was more than happy to buy it off the floor as I needed it asap and didn’t want to wait. The manager was so obliging and even wrap the piece to protect it during transit. They also loaded it into my car. Good service – I purchased the Tasman outdoor setting over a week ago . The gentleman ( Ross I think ?) at kotara was a pleasure to deal with. Answered all my questions , great customer service.

Living Room – Ross was exceedingly helpful. Very knowledgeable on product details and was exceptionally pleasant to deal with. As a result of his great customer service, bought one item in the morning and returned in afternoon for another.
