I placed an order online and requested a pickup at Orange NSW. When I called to check on its arrival, not only was it ready for me but the sales assistant knew exactly what I had ordered and where it was on the premises. Bought 2 shelves online, delivered to the Orange store/warehouse incorrectly, called the Orange shop and they were incredibly helpful with the little they could see online, messaged the warehouse and they reorganized the delivery to my home in no time. Great experience, shelves aren’t up yet but perfect service all ❤️

Yearly flower purchase – I buy flowers for my parents’ grave from Eureka during their sale every year. There is always a beautiful choice of silk flowers at a very reasonable price. Not the quality we expected, but we’ve learned to grudgingly live with it… – Cannot fault the staff at all as they are welcoming, warm and extremely helpful….but I feel they are asked to peddle furniture that is not of the best quality. grudgingly learn to ignore them) and our double bedhead still badly squeaks to this day which betrays it’s lack of quality manufacture. The other pieces we bought was from the Auburn Lounge range, whilst they looked great in the store, we’ve found that the cushion and padding material does not have a lot of resistance or ability to spring back into shape….we don’t sit on them very often so we live in hope that the chairs, sofa and ottomans will keep their shape for as long as possible before having to replace them with something better. I wouldn’t want to discourage anyone from shopping here but you are well advised to do your due diligence first before buying. Unless we desperately needed another matching piece from the same range, we will shop elsewhere.
