The perfect lounge room – Lovely ladies at the store. Very happy with the lounge, chair, wall cabinet and console I purchased. Only negative is the delivery. Delayed both times from their Brisbane location. Not arriving till the evening after waiting home for 7 hours or so. Great service – We haven’t yet received our outdoor dining set as we are having it delivered but the service at the tweed store was great and very efficient.
5 star service – The service and assistance we had from Jane and Eva from the moment we arrived was 5 star. They went above and beyond to ensure we got all the products we wanted even researching other stores if it wasn’t available in Tweed. We were so happy with our purchases and the prices and can’t wait to see how they look in our home. Thankyou Jane and Eva. We will be back!

They have no problem lying to your face to get a sale, a terrible, dishonest retailer – After attending the Tweed outlet, we bought a couch and were sure to ask for specific delivery timelines. I understand they can't predict the future, but am I wrong to assume nefarious misleading of customers when the "three-to-four weeks" delivery timeframe blows out to three months... and counting. new place and the staff assured us that we wouldn't be sitting on the ground for weeks (now months) on end.
HQ is obviously warning staff that telling the truth may risk a sale.
Better yet, the refund policy is suspiciously prepared for circumstances like ours and they actually charge an admin fee to get a refund.
I haven't even gone down the rabbit hole yet, but i suspect these are a major breach of consumer protection laws.
Such flagrant lies sow nothing but the certainty of zero positive recommendations to friends and family moving forward - this company has no respect for its customers.
Sold our products we bought and paid for – Paid for in stock items to be delivered with out of stock items. When the later arrived they did not have our in stock items. Apparently they do this all the time Show details
Crap service once they had our money – Told one date the next day it we were told another date adding a month on. We brought 2 items but we would have to fit the bill for two seperate deliveries if we wanted one delivered earlier. To find out a delivery date and a return call , it never happened. Great range – Products are beautiful and the sale was great timing for us to get a few pieces. If we didn't love the furniture we wouldn't have stayed though, our service was tedious, very in our face and overly familiar but then also painfully slow to answer questions and process our order. Easy shopping – After locating the perfect piece of furniture that I wanted on line l went to the local Tweed Heads south store. It took a very short time for me to purchase my entertainment unit and the sales lady was very helpful in arranging for it to be shipped to the store where I am able to pick it up in one week. professional, informative and friendly. I had a few frustrations before getting everything home. There were damaged legs on the chair, I think maybe from the forklift. Luckily I didn't live too far away.

Helpful and courteous – Great service. Large range of lounges to choose from Friendly and helpful staff. Rodney was extremely helpful when we were purchasing our lounge. It was great they had stock of the lounge we wanted so we didn't have to wait 12-14 weeks. We had to take delivery of the lounge quickly so Rodney arranged for us to pick the lounge up from their warehouse the following day.
Happy Experience – The staff at Eureka Tweed Heads were fantastic. They are enthusiastic, helpful and knowlegeable about their products. I am very happy with my last 4 purchases, Annette from Casuarina.
