I had a great experience shopping at Eureka Street Furniture in North Lakes. The staff were friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. The store was clean and well-organized, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the furniture is excellent for the price. Overall, very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this store to others.

Bought lots of furniture from Robyn at the Browns Plains store. She was fantastic and helpful to deal with. The furniture arrived yesterday and looks great and we are very happy. Will probably come back and purchase the coffee table and dining table in the matching set.
I’m a long time customer of browns plains store, I went to look for dining chairs, Robyn was so lovely and helpful, showed me a range of options of which I came back the next day to purchase 6 dining chairs. Follow-up · The chairs were assembled so no setup required. They came in boxes so my husband had to take 3 trips to pick them up! I would suggest paying for the delivery! They are very comfortable to sit on. I haven't cleaned the leather yet, it was suggested in the store to just wipe them over with a damp cloth so they stay moist and the leather doesn't crack. I'll keep on eye on it and use a leather cleaner if necessary.

Did not have the best experience with mistakes made by staff that has had me having to wait for months for a delivery of a product that was currently delivered wrong. I was without kitchen bench stools while waiting for them to be available again and then to top it off they wanted to charge me for delivery again.
It's not easy to order things from here a few times, so they can't just do the work without bothering you. The girls are fine, and she knows how to call or email to make things easier, but I got a message asking me to call the shop from someone I don't know. because of all the misspellings. So I said, "Why don't you call me?" or "If you could text me, why don't you just finish what you wanted to say in the text?" I've already been annoyed with them a few times, and this time they sent me all the chairs in flat pack, which means I have to put them together myself. The other order was already put together, and I remember her telling me on the phone that I would get the items like I saw them on the website (already put together). But anyway, I find this shop to be a hassle and don't recommend it.
The customer experience was quite exhausting for me. I had to visit the store multiple times to make sure that the price of my order was correct. My initial order invoice was incorrect and I had to consistently chase the staff at Eureka Street Slack Creek branch over a couple of months to get it right. Show details
