Installation or lack of – Love the lounge that’s why I purchased it, unfortunately the electric recliners weren’t installed correctly and there was no visible cord. Also you can only sit one one seat, the back has not been locked it and it is just hanging there. Extremely disappointed, so I guess that I will have to navigate the process of getting the lounge usable

worst customer service – Worst customer service, try to chase my stuff but no one take responsibility about broken furniture. store said contact customer care. I try to reach them more than month but no one reply my query. Guys please consider twice to buy stuff from these people.  Show details

Beyond disappointing, crap service – Why bother supporting qld owned and operated when their service is so crap! 0 stars for service. Finally got onto them and got informed that the pickup location was NOT at the store. Aka 2 hr round trip. Staff can’t help to lift anything, which I understand, but an no point does this company give good service other than when they take your money. Definitely wouldn’t shop there again @ browns plains store or eureka in general.

complained about the rocks. Told us that having a desk in that room is completely unnecessary then left without assembling the furniture (which we paid for).

We have recently purchased a number of items from the Browns Plains store and have had the pleasure of dealing with Gayle. We are very happy with the quality of the items we have purchased. Kylie is the best to deal with Picked up Carlton 3mtr dinner table and bench seat .from Wearhouse this sat & The dinner table was flat packed as expected but unfortunately the bench seat was assembled . I was told it would all be flat packed as we were not using this or aassembling till later this year . Very hard to store now Show details

Great sales service and collection – Sales and service great, pick up was easy. One star taken off because I’m disappointed that the lounge, ottoman and furniture protection package was reduced further in a sale 5 days after I bought mine one. Very Happy Customer – It’s a beautiful store, so much to see and no-one rushing you. The Staff are always busy but very friendly and ready to help when needed. My family has bought many things over the years and found it high quality furniture that lasts forever, we still have some and I bought an Oak Stool yesterday which I am very happy with.
