We have purchased a leather Delaware sofa which the display model was very smooth and great condition. But unfortunately the product we received was not smooth and the leather had a lot of wrinkles. So we are in a process of getting a replacement from the AfterCare. Will update you on my next review how it went. Show details

mid-November, once this time-frame passed I called and were told Christmas - this continued to play out whereby time-frames quoted by staff lapsed, I would initiate calls to get information and new time frames were given. Our order was filled by the store in April 2021 after months of calls to the store. At no time did anyone from Eureka initiate contact to advise of delays. On each occasion I called the store, once per month, I felt that the staff were flustered, I was made to feel that I was being pedantic, calling once per month to check in on our pre-paid furniture. I was asked if I wanted to come in and choose new stock instead, I was told about other people's issues and to "feel lucky" that I'd only been waiting 5 months. I work in retail & never treat people rudely, so it was very jarring to hear the staff speaking to me like I was an idiot for not knowing that there would be shipping delays. To finally resolve the issue, my male partner called the store, spoke with a man & suddenly stock was located from different stores and shipped... I found this incredibly frustrating that I had to get my partner involved to get a result. I love our lounges however I wouldn't visit or recommend this store again.

store we have been in has such a "copy and paste" look and it was refreshing to find something so unique and fresh in design. For once the staff actually wanted to help me and it felt like no matter what I asked for all they wanted to do was find the perfect lounge for us, I was a bit cheeky and asked the staff if we were to buy the lounge would they throw in the cushions and I was told that all the lounges came with the cushions anyway. Thank you eureka street in bundall for making our experience effortless. We have a few lounges to choose from now and once I convince my partner to get the one i want we will be there to get our new lounge knowing they had so much stock also was a winner for me :)

(this product differs from item to item due to the many designs on the fabric). We visited more than 15+ Eureka Street stores to find the right design and this was by far the best store in terms of interactions with staff and selection of choice (something that wasn't available at other stores). The staff went above and beyond to ensure we got the items in time for the day. Textbook example of excellent customer service and human kindness. Well done Brie, Christine and Michelle - you made a special birthday for a special someone a reality and one to remember. Will absolutely visit again and is our #1 choice store, regardless of it being a long drive for us. Worth every cent of petrol money.

it certainly won’t be the last. Having furniture arrive pre-assembled is a huge time (and marriage) saver – it’s one of the reasons Eureka is now our first stop for furniture.

I recently bought a lovely Occasional chair from the Bundall store. The staff were friendly and helpful, Steve in particular. The chair would not fit in my car so I was looking at hiring a Ute to get it home. Steve kindly offered to deliver the chair to my home on his day off, which he did. Average service – Not very helpful and concealed information on the fabric. They were not very helpful re the materials of the product. A lack of full disclosure. I won't return. Seems to be marked up then reduced and materials are cheap with lack of information about 'leather' sofas' which are not all leather but bonded, split, mixed with pu. Its buyer beware. Show details

Still waiting… – Order was delivered without everything, still haven’t heard when our other items will be delivered. Very poor service overall as we can’t use our furniture. Also, 1 day after items were delivered, the items went on a sale for $300 less than we paid! Show details

Avoid like the plague. Worst experience ever – We purchased a library in February. At the time, it was explained that there were delays in delivery due to covid, which we expected. The library was finally delivered in June and it was damaged. I contacted the store immediately and a.replacement was arranged. The replacement was finally delivered in December. generic response of 'in transit' when I asked for an eta on delivery. The replacement has issues but will do. I don't have anymore fight left in me. I would never buy from Eureka Street again and would not recommend them to anyone. You pay good money and receive a poor quality product. Don't waste your time.

I ordered a dining setting, hall table, lamp tables and entertainment unit. The cost of all was very affordable. I am very impressed by the quality and most of all by the way everything was wrapped up in plastic for delivery.
