shopping, no matter the product, the best experiences and satisfaction isn't due to what store gives you the cheapest price/deal. It is created by the staff who take the time to make you feel important and heard. So a big 5 stars from me. And I will be back to purchase more very soon.

Inconvenient Delivery – We got a message the day before about a 3 hours window for the delivery of our couch which was great advising us that we will be getting notified 30min prior to the driver coming in. However, 30min prior they called and left no voice mail and no text and then delivery driver didn't leave it outside the garage in safe place due to company policy and we had to pay $125 again to get the delivery! Show details

she wasn't trying to sell us on anything and we enjoyed our experience in store today. Our pup gave her a kiss goodbye, which is really the highlight of this review as he is happy to receive pats but isn't normally willing to give a kiss. Highly recommend Eureka Fortitude Valley store.
