Lovely staff. So easy to get on with. Quick to laugh and smile and very knowledgeable and efficient. Eureka furniture is timeless, the quality and craftsmanship is excellent. Did not have the best experience with mistakes made by staff that has had me having to wait for months for a delivery of a product that was currently delivered wrong. I was without kitchen bench stools while waiting for them to be available again and then to top it off they wanted to charge me for delivery again.

Brought a sofa.. 3 months in, peel everywhere on it, even in places I don’t sit or use.. Eureka doesn’t want to know about it.. told me to purchase a peel gadget to remove it from the sofa.. never had I had a problem with fabric sofas in my life until now.. 3 months wow!! Unsolicited text message – The service was good but at no time when I made my purchase did I agree to be randomly contacted by text to give a review or for any other reason. There appears to be no boundaries these days.

Life has been made easier with the assistance of staff helping me to choose the perfect size Sofa bed and Reclining rocker for my room, while achieving comfort, style and of course price.

Excellent customer service, purchased some dining chairs to go with our existing dining table. Was able to take 1 chair home before buying to make sure I was making the write choice. Thanks to the Helensvale staff, all were so friendly & helpful.

Great service, great value – The service was exceptional. All of my interactions were with friendly, helpful and accommodating team members. The delivery fee and fabric protection were reasonably priced and the lounge was excellent value (purchased on Black Friday). Lovely quality too.
