never received the initial credit by email and had to visit the store personally, only to be met with rude and dismissive staff.
I was pressured to accept store credit I could not use, blamed for circumstances beyond my control, and treated as if the situation was entirely my fault. Their handling of my cancellation was unprofessional, stressful, and unfair.
This experience completely destroyed my trust in the company. Even if my house were ready tomorrow, I would not shop here again. If you value honest communication, fair treatment, and basic customer service, I strongly advise avoiding this store.
