lounge mattock and single chair and ottoman – absolutely disgraceful how they have handled things blaming cover all the way along for delays and , never buy here again , we originally ordered from robina then they closed down and had to deal with bundall our furniture arrived on 21/01/20 and not even 12 months on we have needed a replacement ottoman , the lounge now is sinking and squeaking… Read more

like the boards are broken , cushions have worn , we sent numerous messages to head office and only getting replacement cushions and covers but still waiting 4 months on , blaming cover again , none of the furniture was scotch guarded on arrival and now marked and stained and faded . so disappointed and communication is appalling to say the least .

Faulty Cushion Inserts and NO FIX – I was told that after spending $2,200 on a Sofa and after less than 11 months and the cushion inserts have collapsed THERE IS NO FIX! I wasn’t asking for a Refund. JUST A Fix with better cushion inserts. CAVEAT EMPTOR! Buyer beware when buying from EUREKA STREET!!! Needless to say I will be using a lawyer and SMALL CLAIMS COURT. Show details

Be Very Wary – We have been speaking with the Manager at the Robina Street store regarding a refund for furniture, which has been delayed another six - eight weeks after an initial six weeks waiting . We are not prepared to wait another six - eight weeks for this to arrive, as the only reason we ordered the furniture was that we were promised this would arrive… Read more

at the end of June. We currently have no table & chairs and this has been quite an inconvenience and the thought of having to wait another extended and indefinite period is not acceptable. The company has refused any refund when they cannot deliver as promised - very shoddy customer care. Also we have had to contact the store to find out what is happening with our order, as we have had no communication from the company , even after the promised delivery date passed. I doubt that we would have had any contact unless we chased them. We have been in contact with the Office of Fair Trading and have explained our situation to them and they advised us that we are entitled to a full refund due to their lack of Duty of Care & Skill under current law. We have advised them that we require this to be settled within 10 business days otherwise this will be taken further with legal action.

Do not deal with this company if you can avoid it. - they require 100% payment upfront and then you have little recourse if anything goes wrong . We wish we had read the reviews online before we purchased our table/chairs as they do seem to be rather dodgy and unethical about customer care.

Excellent customer service – The staff were welcoming and helpful, but not too obtrusive. They helped me find the best product to suit my needs and provided all the options (as I was quite tired at the time) and made the sale simple and easy.
