Have purchased several things from a couple of Eureka stores and Rocky outshines them all. Service is A1 every time and delivery guys are also very particular and mindful of your furniture. Every time we walk into the Rockhampton Eureka Store we are greeted by friendly, happy staff members. Even when we just go into browse, we usually find something to buy or at least to plan to come back later and buy. The Staff at the Rockhampton store were wonderful and very accommodating. The pieces we purchased are gorgeous. Unfortunately, even to pick up our own pieces, we were going to be charged $40, ridiculous considering the cost of the pieces in the first place. This needs to be looked at. After reviewing the space at home and the size of the TV which we purchased after the tv cabinet I attempted to change my purchase to a larger size. your money so no need to provide customer service ) I was simply told the item is loaded on the truck ( this was Sunday prior to a Thursday delivery), if you change you will still have to pay the delivery fee and we don’t have a larger one anyway ( until July). I attempted to return the item and was told I would not get a full refund and would have to pay a return fee in addition to the delivery fee. This was for an item that had not left brisbane yet. Felt very frustrated and disappointed and not a valued customer at all. Unfortunately I’m unlikely to return or to recommend to friends and family.

Good product but poor service. Waited over 2months for my Lounger to arrive. Item was advertised on 40% marked down sale and had to be purchased before end Jan. delivery dates were given by different staff members. When product finally arrived in store, I couldn’t collect for 2 days because they packed it under all the other goods.

Was greeted by amazing friendly staff at the Rocky store. Explained what I needed and she showed me a good range and gave me knowledgeable advice. Eureka Rocky Rocks! – We had the most amazing staff help us out, with our choice of lounge suite. The girls gave us our options to order,time frames, costs, location with a new store to open in Gympie,etc. They were friendly, chatty and generally lovely ladies. Nothing was too much trouble! An awesome experience!! We haven't received our lounge yet, but I know it's beautiful and I can't wait to get it

Best customer service! – I cannot fault the customer service I received from the ladies at the Rockhampton store - nothing was an issue and they went above and beyond to ensure I had all the images I needed to make the right decisions for our outdoor furniture :)

Fabulous, friendly, helpful service – Teresa was amazing, Friendly, helpful & enthusiast, she organised the order to be transferred from Rockhampton to Mackay where we live nearby, with the delivery date sooner than expected which was great news!
