The customer experience was quite exhausting for me. I had to visit the store multiple times to make sure that the price of my order was correct. the store there was exactly what I was looking for. We sat test and even chat when Amanda approached us. It was a 3 seater with pull out sofa bed in a lovely soft grey that was a durable fabric. Even though a very large coffee table was in front of the couch she offered to show use how easy the sofa bed was to use and move all display furniture out of the way. The couch was comfortable and beautiful decorated with cushions and I love them so much as they exactly the look I always going for. I ask how much they were and was told the couch cam with them. Amanda approached was amazing and patient with our questions and took the time. what was normally a $4k sofa was down to $2k. it was super solid and well made and as my daughter and I often plop on the couch it was exactly what I need for brand new cottage o am building. I purchased on the spot and the was so grateful my tiredness didn't win over Eureka store. Thanks for all the help and advice.

Great store, a wide range of items on display and amazing staff – This was the 4th Eureka street furniture store I had called to see if they had a specific item on display, although they didn’t, the lovely lady on the phone thought they may have one at their sister store a few shops down, so walked down personally to confirm if they did. also so if I was to order I’d have the information needed on delivery / wait times. Out of all the previous stores I had called, this was the only one who instead of just saying “no” and that being the end of it, they tried to help me to the best of their ability. I then drove up to their store to view the product and buy it from them directly as they were so genuine and helpful on the phone.

The store has a great layout and plenty of space to move around and is accessible for prams/wheelchairs too, which is rare in a furniture shop that stocks so much variety.

So combine the super friendly and lovely staff members, the huge range of items they have on display, the helpfulness of staff who go above and beyond and the inclusiveness of those with wheelchairs and prams, this store will now be my go to, even if I have to drive past 3 other Eureka stores to get there.

Outdoor dining – Had to ring head office due to getting the run around from the store for 6 weeks. Delivery came finally Thursday and one of the chairs are scratched but due to the drama we couldn't be bothered returning it. We had to change our chair order due to still not having the ones we want in stock. Over this company...will never shop there again. Show details

Wouldnt shop there again – I purchased a new table with bench seats, an entertainment unit and a buffet last year. We have had to have the table and one seat replaced because within the first few weeks the wood cracked. We were having a chat to our builder about the wood and he advised that because the wood they use isn't made in Australia, it doesn't deal well with our… Read more

environment - not ideal, wish I knew it wasn't Australian wood when purchased.

The second issue is that when our entertainment unit arrived, it was damaged. I lodged a claim and after a three month wait a new unit arrived however, they sent the wrong furniture. The Delivery man lodged a claim for us and I also called the store to let them know. They were apologetic and said they will sort it, after not hearing back from them, I called again, and they said they would look into it. It's now been a month and I still haven't heard back.

Will never buy anything there again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

No matching dinning room table chairs – Waited over 4 for 6 dinning room table chairs. Only to receive dinning room chairs that did not match. Two chairs different fabric from other four chairs. is unsatisfactory. This is the third time I have had problems with Eureka Furniture being a water marked stained sofa and marked dinning table. Both items needing to be returned at my inconvenience. Now yet again third time chairs do not match. Matter unresolved at this stage. Very unsatisfied customer. You have had my money for over 4 weeks months and I still have unmatching chairs. Your system is broken and no one takes responsibility or accountability. Please could someone step up to the plate here and deliver some decent customer service and get this issue resolved. The store was easy to navigate with plenty of floor stock and display furniture. The staff said hello and let us know they were there to help when/if we required it. This was perfect! Quick, accurate and insigtful service was provided. Staff were across all required facets of product knowledge and procedures. When product was unavailible due to stock shortages a valid timeline for replenishment was provided. Products purchased came as described, staff were conscious to provide information that these products were all differently finished. Show details

Easy shopping & efficient service – Store Manager Clair and her staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. If they don’t have it in store, they’ll seek it out for you.
