Items good, but dont waste time buying in store to get them commission. They wont return the favour once they got the money in their pocket. Delivery was abysmal and the store manager was insulting, rude dismissive and actually laughed at me, saying shes never had issues with her deliveries and i can get the number myself to complain, it was not her problem. Warehouse staff lost an important peice that goes with the item we brought to mount it on the wall. Offered a refund of $7.70 but couldn't complete it due to the eftpos locking out the staff member as she entered the wrong code to many time. Wasn't offered any thing else and communication was very poor. Was very much like their first day on the job. Won't be back. Show details

Ordered and played last year in August 2025 mucked around from.the beginning not follow up calls if it wasn't for.me chasing up the order I'd still be waiting was.offerd floor stock at full price never ever will I buy off this crap company again. From the moment we walked into the shop, Shae and John were attentive and friendly. We appreciated their professional approach and at the same time courteous and ready to have a joke. Saw what I wanted at another store. Given all the info and photos to consider. Ordered through Toowoomba store . Unfortunately they didn’t have the piece (or the range it belonged to) onsite for another view. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Good transaction, but let down somewhat by the delivery experience – Good product, good in-store service, and suite was available for fairly quick delivery (two weeks). Only negative was that furniture when delivered comes wrapped in a veritable mountain of foam packing, sticky tape, cardboard, etc., and it would be nice if (for the $125 delivery fee) if they could at least take the time to unwrap the furniture… Read more

before leaving — it's a pretty time-consuming job when you're left with doing it all yourself! As it is, you're forced to sign an acknowledgement that the furniture has been delivered in good condition, yet you have no way of knowing that until you've unwrapped it.
