Brought a cabinet and it arrived damaged Waiting for responses from aftercare took weeks and eureka itself they have said they would exchange the product and swap it for a new one but I want a refund I have no trust in the quality of product which seemisly they are refusing to do. one I don't want to deal with this store or it's employees. Dealing with this company has been such a head ache I'd rather the refund and not have to deal with this again I will never shop here ever again.

Do not deal with Eureka Furniture, their customer service for received damage furniture is horrendous. We collected our furniture in boxes from the warehouse, required to sign paperwork before items even sighted and once opened at home identified damage to a tall boy and table. submit the process for damaged items. The forms were completed and images of damaged boxes and damaged furniture were submitted. Their response was not our problem as it must of happened in the 5km transit home, you have got to be kidding me as you have no idea of the condition of boxed furniture clearly contained in damaged packaging with foot prints on it. Do not deal with this company.

It's not easy to order things from here a few times, so they can't just do the work without bothering you. The girls are fine, and she knows how to call or email to make things easier, but I got a message asking me to call the shop from someone I don't know. because of all the misspellings. So I said, "Why don't you call me?" or "If you could text me, why don't you just finish what you wanted to say in the text?" I've already been annoyed with them a few times, and this time they sent me all the chairs in flat pack, which means I have to put them together myself. The other order was already put together, and I remember her telling me on the phone that I would get the items like I saw them on the website (already put together). But anyway, I find this shop to be a hassle and don't recommend it.

An absolutely beautiful selection of furniture! We went in store not expecting to be blown away with the choices, and not to mention our wonderful salesman David. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and made our choices so easy; and the humour and jokes were an added benefit. No question was too much trouble. An absolutely fantastic experience! friendly and very helpful. Not one of them was pushy and with their views were very helpful. I enjoyed their input and the end results suited my tastes and this was very pleasing. Can’t wait for the delivery.
