She’s been consistent, attentive, and always happy to help, which honestly made us want to keep coming back.

It’s not often you come across customer service like that these days.

Alexa greeted me with a big smile as I walked near the counter. She offered her help and showed me some outdoor settings. Alexa was extremely helpful and honest and guided me to the right one, making sure all pieces were available and could be delivered before Christmas. It's not easy to order things from here a few times, so they can't just do the work without bothering you. The girls are fine, and she knows how to call or email to make things easier, but I got a message asking me to call the shop from someone I don't know. because of all the misspellings. So I said, "Why don't you call me?" or "If you could text me, why don't you just finish what you wanted to say in the text?" I've already been annoyed with them a few times, and this time they sent me all the chairs in flat pack, which means I have to put them together myself. The other order was already put together, and I remember her telling me on the phone that I would get the items like I saw them on the website (already put together). But anyway, I find this shop to be a hassle and don't recommend it.

Worst customer service – We purchased an outdoor table and stools in December they arrived in January supposedly only the stools arrived we collected those and were told the table was suppose to have been delivered but they couldn’t find it they would have to order another one they would call and deliver it when it arrived . communication at all we then went into the store to enquire what was going on we were told the table had arrived on the 16th of January “has no one been in contact “ NO . They would look into it and get back to us on Tuesday it was Sunday. Heard nothing on Tuesday . My Husband returned the stools on Saturday and asked for a refund . He was told he needed to wait as they had to get approval they would be in touch . We waited till lunchtime Monday nothing no text no email no phone , We again went in store to demand a refund to which they eventually agreed . No apology no nothing . The Worst customer service will never shop there again and will let everyone know about this poor experience.

Terrible Customer Service and After Care – Buyer beware if your items come damaged (2 seperate shipments for us) they won’t refund you or offer reasonable restitution/resolution, have the expectation that people should just accept damaged items or wait while they try to source other stock regardless of customers needs. only found further damage on arriving home (140kms away). They then advised the stools had also arrived damaged - which weren’t advised until we followed up after the expected eta. At that time we requested a refund as we no longer had commercial confidence in these guys, the store offered us $100 to keep the damaged table and refused to refund or offer store credit, we bought those items that day with consideration to an availability timeline due to personal circumstance - which now was not going to be met. So if you pay for goods at this store be prepared to accept defective items as you have no option…

I was originally delivered a lounge that wasn’t the colour or configuration I wanted, due to mishap in ordering process. I recently received my new lounge and love it after a month during which I was able to use the wrong lounge. This was really convenient. However I didn’t receive any compensatory gift eg. Eureka made the process friendly, easy and welcoming. From going in-store, arranging payment and pickup it was all easy. I had one of my items a bedside table, arrive damaged and they took no time to offer to have it replaced and have it shipped for the following week. Store was very easy to navigate and well set out. Alexa was very helpful and answered all our questions. public holiday.. The warehouse didnt deliver on Saturday as planned and as I wasnt sure when I was coming back.. Eureka furniture were so accommodating and organised delivery on a Sunday. Emma went out of the way, personally delivered it and even assembled it for me. I would recommend Eureka furniture without hesitation for their top quality furniture and great and personal customer service.

Amazing – I always enjoy coming into Eureka street in Townsville. It smells great and there are always wonderful displays and setups. I love the furniture here, everything is such good quality. Right price for ‘Forever’ furniture at Eureka – We were very satisfied with the service we received.
