Since moving to Aussie Broadband, I've not had one outage which is surprising given all the Exetel notifications were 'NBN work' - 3 months it took and it still wasn't ever fixed. GOOD RIDDANCE!

configured home network and smart home environment, you notice every single drop, and these continuous disconnects wreak total havoc on the entire system.
We have jumped through every single hoop to get this resolved. We’ve had technicians out, swapped in new routers, and even had the NTU replaced. The result? Absolutely no improvement. I upload my network monitoring logs to this review, you can see a sea of red lines indicating constant outages. That is the so-called "service" they provide.
Exetel is utterly incapable of fixing anything, let alone offering anything resembling competent customer service. Their support is completely unequipped.
I have officially had enough and am taking my connection over to Aussie Broadband. Avoid Exetel like the plague. They are a total waste of time, money, and energy.

internet for over a week because the Fiber Termination Box had to be replaced. That was a rough beginning, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Now, after a month of service, I am still getting only half the speed I’m paying for. I have contacted support multiple times through calls and emails, done all the troubleshooting and isolation tests they requested, and even provided proof that the issue is on their end. Yet, nothing has been fixed.
To be fair, the tech support team is knowledgeable and professional, but that doesn’t help if they can’t resolve the issue.
At this point, I can’t recommend Exetel to anyone looking for reliable internet.
Great ISP – no issues since i signed up with exetel 15 months ago, still a happy customer. the speed is stable as i didn't experience major speed issue so far. i run tons of homelabs services and VPN and encountered zero issues with Exetel. Terrible company – Expensive, slow and inconsistent. Never went a full week without a disruption. Changed after a few months and never been happier. These dodgy providers keep charging unless you give them 30 days notice to disconnect. It's in their 'contract'. Stay away. Show details
