Great customer service – Satisfied with Exetel customer service. No issue with internet speed n connectivity. 26mpbs for 25 Mpbs Plan during off peak . However, my internet connection was activated before Exetel dispatched the Modem I ordered. Customer service agent was helpful and followed up for the dispatch and forwarded me the tracking number. Absolutely Internet Awesome – Was so easy to change providers, set up was a breeze, internet is running fast and no drop outs, no constantly reloading tabs, can watch movies without loading buffing issues. And a package that doesn't put a big hole in the pocket. I'm glad I changed. Show details
My issue keeps getting palmed off as an issue with NBN. No effort was put in to resolve the underlying issue as to why I am getting constant dropouts. In the past two weeks, I have had 7 dropouts where I have had to waste 45min - 1.5 hrs on the phone with support for a bandaid fix. I have NEVER received the 500/50 speed I am paying for.

Anjali was very helpful and professional. She assisted me to fix my problem. My only minor criticism is that I had a bit of difficulty understanding her accent.
Follow-up · I can’t recall the exact time it took but I think about 10-15 mins and it was fully resolved. It apparently was some kind of problem at the ‘back end’ which she was able to fix while I was on the phone to her.
Liddian was amazing spent an enormous amount of time helping us sort out our internet after a hail storm. Our modem was damaged and short circuited. He instructed my son to put one of our old modems up and running. Over 2 hours he spent helping us. Im close to 70 years old and I appreciate his help Show details

Follow-up · We have had the same good service we have always had with Exetel little problems and if any can always get onto them and get the issue sorted asap . So I suggest people give them a ring to see what plans and cost they have going for them .

So what happens when you've just moved from one place to another? Life happens, it can take more than a month to completely unpack, especially with an infant, work from 8-5 is extremely busy for both my wife and I. This is infuriating Exetel.
So you can see, I finally got some time to call, frustrated from the situation above. Umair handled this call so well, de-escalated an angry customer in such a respectful way that I requested to provide this feedback. Job well done Umair!
Dhanaraj was efficient and fast with my problem, and it was solved quickly (it took myself one hour to try figure out, turned out I should just talk to the customer service team first)

This provider is a SCAM.If you ever want to change provider from them, there is a month long notice period you have to give like a job. What is with this? Also at first they provide for a cheap rate to attract customers then they increase gradually and for a few times. DO NOT GET THIS PROVIDER.

Extel has been such a disappointment. Scummy business practices and terrible internet connection. We changed our plan to Superloop because the internet kept dropping out. They are charging me $80 plus $37 for cancelling, which was supposed to be a NO LOCK-IN CONTRACT but turned into a 30-day notice to cancel. Would not be recommending Exetel to anyone. Show details

Exetel was one of the worst internet service experiences I’ve had. I reported connectivity issues in January and was left without working internet for over a month. service wasn’t working. When I requested a refund, I was told compensation is “not typically provided for residential services,” which is unacceptable after such a long outage. I eventually cancelled my service and switched to another provider, and the internet worked immediately. Very disappointing customer service and poor accountability. I would not recommend Exetel.

Amazing. I called about this issue last Wednesday and it wasn’t fixed. Explained everything that happened and also what my IT department said. He tried everything and got it working again. Thank you so much for not giving up and finding a solution. Really appreciate it.
My NBN broadband service was disconnected due to our own error. Called Exetel and used their mobile app Exray to diagnose and schedule an inspection the next day. Very efficient and easy. Spoke to tech support team (2 different agents) have been very helpful and responsive to assure me of the service booked in. Fingers crossed the disruption is short and minimum. Show details

Aagash provided a good customer service. He was enthusiastic to resolve the issue of my wifi. He explained me about the issue and solved it. He was polite and respectful.

Clear and concise explanation of booking details but App advised was to be found in the App but this is an error as was explained and hopefully Exetel can fix shortly.
Our internet dropped out for no reason, checked that the NBN was not the issue so contacted Exetel to fix their issue. Happy that this was resolved after they changed the IP or something
Ama was fantastic I have called previously multiple times over months and no one has been able to resolve my issue. Ama seems to have resolved the issue that the other people I talked to could not. If had someone as good as her originally then this issue would not haven taken months to resolve. 10/10.
