There were a few small issues discovered after moving in, such as chipped paint, some missed gaps in architraves, and a missing door stop, which were fixed within a couple of weeks by the maintenance team who are very responsive.

He was very down to earth, honest and gave off ‘what you see is what you get’ vibes which we appreciate in a person, especially in sales. As we’d had a bad experience with another builder previously, Joel went out of his way to help us - leaving us feeling comfortable and like we hadn’t even lost anything at all but rather gained so much more! After chatting with Joel we realised not only is this guy honest, he’s quite successful himself but still so humble - another tick of appreciation. He was fantastic with the way in which he incorporated everything we needed and wanted as a family but also great at bringing us back to reality when we needed it by reminding us of our budget and that this is our first foot in the property door - it’s very easy to get whisked away in all the extras. Being reminded of these things showed us Joel wasn’t out to just make money off us, but actually had our best interests at heart as he didn’t want us to bite off more than we can chew. As we’re in the pre-construction phase, we are so happy, grateful and excited with our house plans! this point I was highly and I had tunnel vision of my perfect family home. I then in a panic called Dan who I was recommended to by a friend. Dan was fantastic and instantly made me feel like this was the right builder for me. I was no sooner (same day) contacted by Sebastian who immediately booked an appointment with me and had sat me down and made my dream plan come to life, better then I first imagined, nothing seemed too hard or impossible for him. I also can’t thank them enough for how quickly this process was done for me. I was then contacted by Joel the sales and marketing manager who presented my tender to me, all within budget! The way Joel listened and understood my strict budget was insane, I was able to have everything that I wanted, he made it all work, nothing was too hard and any hurdle we came across, he had a solution for. All my appointments have been perfect, the understanding from the design team and the knowledge they have is incredible. I am so excited to continue my journey with them and watch my dream home come to my life. If I was to ever build again I would not even bother shopping around I would have no hesitation saving my time and heading straight to Fairmont homes to do this all again.
