They have won genuine awards for their ongoing trustworthy services. It makes the holiday that much better not worrying about if the rental company is going to give back our bond or charge other hidden fees.

Very bad customer service – Application made online. Person rang was rude and insisted he had already spoken to us whereas he confused us with someone else. Accused us of ringing outside business hrs but this was not the case. Told us that an alternative car would be available. Emaile next day stating not available. The same thing happened 2 years ago. Very poor customer service. I DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

were very friendly, polite and professional. Shuttle bus was waiting for us at the airport even though our plane arrived 40 minutes early. Car was a 2010 model so had a few scuffs and scratches in the bodywork, but perfectly acceptable given the very reasonable cost, especially considering that zero-excess insurance was included. Plus the car was a pleasure to drive, with no problems at all with it over the 10 days. Dropping the car off and catching the shuttle back to the airport were similarly seamless---do not be put off that this company is some distance from the airport. The only suggestion I would have would be for them to provide a map that clearly shows exactly where you are allowed to drive their vehicles. The permitted area is quite restrictive inland from the coast, but this did not affect us at all since we only travelled around the coastal areas.

pick up took about 10 minutes. The car seats for my oldest was already installed (a bit old but i know other more expensive companies do the same). The only thing that can be improved is to make sure the seat is properlt installed. The tether was loose and his straps were twisted. Nothing i couldnt fix in two minutes but still. We had also hired a portacot which was already in the boot and it was a good and clean consition. The car during our holiday was good and reliable, cheap on fuel and we were even allowed to go outside of our driving area at no additional cost after informing them. Drop off was again easy, quick check over the car and we were ready to get dropped of to the airport. The driver was friendly, helping us with our luggage. The security deposit was back in my account in three business days which i know can take longer with other companies. I cant say anything bad about my experience and i would definitely hire a car from this company again.

arrival from the airport, their shuttle was waiting for us to drop us off to their main office. After a quick paper work, they gave us the key and showed a quick run down on how to operate the car. The car was very clean inside and out. There were no old car smell nor dirty stains found inside. The car still looks new (2011 model) even after 100K+ on the clock. They even gave us a free infant car seat. Our shuttle driver also helped us put all our luggage in the car. There were no problems with the car during our time with it. Going back was easy as well. After dropping off the car, paper work was quick. Our bond came back right away. They also dropped us off to the airport by shuttle. The only negative i could think of was the infant car seat was a bit old. But still it was good to have it for free compared to other car rentals which charge you per day. than anywhere else we’ve come across on the Gold Coast and the zero excess package is great and takes away any anxiety when driving around. has made me and my partner EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the way we were treated. His questions towards us felt more like an interrogation, and when our answers were not what he wanted to hear (because we are 19 years of age), he told us in a DISGUSTING TONE that he was not going to help us.

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever received from any company.

Booked & Paid a Booking Fee but after cancelling two days before pick up received no refund – Easy to book, over the phone customer service was OK. However as a result of my brother finding out that I had Alzheimer's I gave them two days notice to cancel but they did not refund any of my booking fee.

The best in town – The car was well cleaned. Any previous damages was outlined in the paperwork as i had to receive the after hours due to my late flight . They were the cheapest I tell you. Even their insurance was the cheapest quote as I was under 25. Very friendly staff. I had no trouble with the car at all. The staff easily accommodated my late timings to and from airport. The car was an older model but was absolutely perfect for our needs and It was beautifully clean and well maintained and was brilliant to drive for the 7 days we had it for. Wonderful Staff & clean well maintained vehicles – I hired 2 vehicles from this company in 2 separate weeks with the greatest of ease. Terrible – Firstly they arrived 30 minutes late to pick me up from the airport. absolutely no problems with the vehicle. It was modern, well presented & mechanically sound.

Returning the vehicle after hours was easy peasy, we parked it in the long term car park as per instructioned & received our bond back within a few days.

I searched high & low for reviews before booking & was honestly unsure I'd made the right decision but having experienced GFCR now, I'd happily book again & recommend them to others.

If I could make one suggestion, it would be to perhaps take your own car seats along with you if children are included in the booking. Whilst there was nothing wrong with the install of the baby seat, it was in very poor condition which can impact upon safety, the straps were way too high for our child (not easy adjust harnesses) & so therefore I had to re-install the seat myself after adjusting them, which may not be as simple for someone who isn't proficient in car seats. The 2 seats we experienced (in transfer bus & our car) are either expired or very, very near the expiry date. I'd prefer to take my own seats next time but appreciated the convenience that this aspect of their service offered.

Don't let the poor reviews scare you off. We were thoroughly satisfied with our experience & honestly couldn't find another company to compete with such a great price for a wonderful car, top insurance & child seat.

February 6th 2018 Update: 2nd Review - Update

This is my second review on this company & whilst my first review was also positive, I wanted to note some differences in service recieved this time, as opposed to the last time.

Upon arrival on a delayed flight at OOL airport, the company had arranged a private collection as their buses were full. The company rep contacted us to let us know of their location, they packed our bags into the car & ensured we were competent at using the child restraints for our kiddo's.

The ride to the office was pleasant. The driver was informative & offered lots of helpful suggestions pertaining to our stay on the GC.

Once we arrived at the office, our hire car was ready & waiting, two more pleasant staff members transferred our bags for us & started the hire car/aircon so it was cooled. The hire car was in excellent condition & the requested child restraints had been fitted with diligence. The only negative comment I had made in my previous review was that the supplied child restraints were outdated, however the company seem to have overridden this issue & I was happy with the age/condition of the supplied seats this time.

The process was quick, the staff were friendly and the car ran smoothly.

One of our favourite perks of using this company are that we're able to leave the car at the airport upon drop off, when flying out of office hours. It's totally hassle free, super convenient & we always have our bond back within a timely manner.

had to end the call to avoid jail time (lol) finally booked the cars even after being abused, only for 'grant' to reply to emails so offensive and rude. I have now asked for a refund and will never book with this 'business' again.
