Very very good cleaning with spotless results. Owners very happy and bond refunded in fill. Just missed to wipe down the walls of the big cupboard downstairs so some dust and cobwebs left on them. I had to wipe them down on the final check. Show details
For the most part, my experience with the cleaners was good, but they did miss cleaning the grill in the oven, behind the toilet, the walls above the splashback kitchen tiles, & even though I said you can take the items out to assist, the fridge interior wasn’t touched at all. We had our couch cleaned by Kadina and the results were outstanding! All the stains we thought would never come out are completely gone, and the couch looks brand new again. On top of doing an amazing job, Kadina was super friendly, kind, and professional throughout the whole process. Mixed review. Initially customer service and booking a bond and carpet clean was easy and quick. However, cleaning service was terrible. The cleaners had mopped wooden floors without sweeping or vacuuming so they mopped dust/hair/lint everywhere. How they could not see that upon final inspection before leaving, I do not know. wiping out some cupboards and the carpet clean was sub-par (the landlord commented saying it wasn't very good at all). This was all arranged to save me time and trouble given a busy schedule that week. The cleaners were also 40min late, which given I no longer lived in the apartment, was inconvenient to say the least. After the poor standard of cleaning, the company did offer for the cleaners to attend again the next day. Given that the final inspection was due that same day, and I had no guarantee that a) the cleaners would be on time, and b) they would complete to a high enough standard, I opted to finish off the cleaning myself with a small refund. What the cleaning company did not make clear at that time was that if the bond clean was not up to scratch overall and did not pass final inspection, that they would not take liability for it given I had opted out of a re-clean service even though their cleaners were terrible. That piece of highly relevant information would have swayed my decision. As it was, the landlord was not happy with the overall standard of cleaning (despite my leaving it in a BETTER state than the cleaners had) and as such requested a re-clean. Following which a vigorous discussion was had with Fantastic Cleaners during which they effectively were not interested in leaving a happy customer despite their cleaners not cleaning up to a good enough standard. The landlord took pity and opted to take it as is, and likely employed their own cleaners to go through the property otherwise my bond would have been affected. I do not recommend this cleaning company AT ALL. The level of stress they created over a service that is their bread and butter is unconscionable at a time that is already stressful due to vacating a property and moving elsewhere. Do not use this company.
Edit: Since writing this review, Fantastic Cleaners have reached out and taken steps to resolve this matter to a satisfactory outcome. While the initial service fell short, a resolution has been reached. The recent level of service and recognition of a customer experience that could be improved is appreciated. This review has been amended to reflect that.

Their Sydney end of lease cleaning team only did visible cursory cleaning. A long list and photos was sent for them to attend to on a return trip and they probably went for a coffee as the glass shelf that I wrote "Dusty" in the dust was still not cleaned, along with everything else. I cannot recommend the cleaners nor the Philippine call centre staff that you have to deal with. I've attached photos from my follow up cleaning needed. Show details

Disgraceful outcome and refusal to pay back some money for poor service. We were charged an extortionate amount ($1000 for a clean and straight forward service)for a poor outcome… we had to hire a cleaner from another company ($300) to clean carpets completely and our landlord charged us $300 for delays. Avoid using this company! Show details

Got them to come out for an end of lease clean and ended up having to make 3 separate trips back out because they couldn't finish the job properly. It was for a small 1 bedroom cottage so not a big place. I even had to go back to wipe down the blinds because even after 3 sperate trips to the place, which was a massive waste of my time, they still hadn't finished the job. We had a terrible experience from start to finish with this company. The actual cleaners we finally ended up with were okay but not great. Everything else was time-wasting and stressful during an already stressful event (i.e. moving). faceless outsourcing company with a stable of subcontractors. I have no idea how this company has so many positive reviews on here, but I won't be able to trust this website again as a result.
Scam. 2 sub-contractors arrived and demanded more money after an agreed service. An attractive kitchen item went missing during the eventual cleaning job. Totally disgusted. Show details

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Fantastic Services. Chouki and Gourav achieved a level of cleanliness I didnt think was possible. Both our carpets and shower (which had alot of built up dirt) looked brand new when they finished. They also went over and above by cleaning additional items in the bathroom. I was personally stolen from by cleaners sent by this company. They took a clearly wrapped, expensive gift hamper and a bottle of champagne I had left in the apartment — and only admitted to taking them after initially lying about it. When I reported the theft to the company, the cleaners claimed to have no knowledge of the incident. It was only because I had pictures sent of the items from the phone belonging to the cleaner that I was able to prove that the cleaners were lying both to me and the company. Despite being able to prove their dishonesty and deliberate cover up, the company claimed it was “normal” for cleaners to remove “unwanted items,” despite the items being clearly valuable and gift-wrapped. They questioned my honesty, downplayed the theft, and offered a pathetic $30 credit for a future clean as compensation.
After multiple emails, phone calls, and a deeply frustrating back-and-forth, they have still only offered a partial refund- all while treating me like I was the problem. I have now been forced to escalate the matter to NSW Fair Trading, where it remains unresolved.
This company cannot guarantee their cleaners won’t steal from you — and if they do, they will not support you, they will minimise your experience, and they will fail to take responsibility.
The bare minimum anyone expects from a cleaner is not to be stolen from. This company failed even that. Use them at your own risk.

The actual cleaning was quite good. The team were polite, friendly, and efficient. Though I was underwhelmed by the cleanliness of the bathroom floors - I was under the impression they would remove buildeing debris, but my husband had to go back with some vinegar and scrub stains and specks off the floors.
