and definitely could not be used. I contacted the store. They were not kind, pleasant or efficient. Eventually, approximately seven weeks after I contacted them, meaning the sofa had been residing upside down and unused for nine weeks, the feet of the sofa arrived.

Poor quality product. 3 of 6 chairs were wobbly. Got them replaced. 1 of the 3 replacements still wobbly. Store was supposed to call back with replacements. No follow up. Still chasing this mess after 4 days. Show details

same day so experienced the warehouse twice and both interactions could not be faulted. The second gentleman on 1/7/24 gave me the laugh for the day with his humour. 5 stars fantastic furniture has come a long way in terms of quality and experience from my previous experience about 7 years ago. Products assembled easily and instructions followed without any issues.

Shocking – Absolutely appalled with the Store that they took a charge of $2500 off my credit card to my shock it was not purchase as I live in Queensland when I called up to ask about this they said it was an over the phone order. the order over the phone was the same person that came into the store…… ha ha Ha they don’t check the credit card to see if the name is the same as the person that did the phone order. They didn’t even call the police for the fraudulent doings on my card or they’re worried about is making $2500 in their store.

Hopeless – Should change their name to frustration furniture. Will never buy their shoddy furniture again. Next time we'll buy our furniture from a professional. Bought 11 items. All crap

Haywood Desk – Love the aesthetic of this desk BUT it was delivered with chips on all 4 edges & the desk is VERY low. I am 5'4 and my feet touch the ground when on my chair & even then I am unable to scooch under the desk while sitting. Very disappointing. Show details

Cheap Furniture so expect issues – Purchased a corner lounge suite. The individual units clip together on a hook and slide system. rest of the units connected in the corner suite. My seat unit fell towards the right, detached and fell sideways onto the floor. Do not buy furniture from this company. I made a big mistake forgetting that you get what you pay for. I replaced my leather connecting corner suite which had a irremovable locking system for this cheap Chinese locking system and Chinese furniture. Never again. I am replacing this useless cheap furniture with another good reliable strong connection system.

Excellent products – Very satisfied with the Queen Sleepapedic Plush mattress purchased 18mths ago that 12mths later we purchased a king single plush mattress for our 15yr old grandson who loves it. Fantastic ! – Parking is always available then your welcomed by a nice display of furniture. The staff have always greeted me with a genuine hello or smile or acknowledgment of my arrival. positive mood. The furniture layout is great as you can see right across the floor without having to walk around. I’ve been to a lot of their competitors and Fantastics furniture is better quality even if some items look the same. I have assembled a lot of pieces my self and was extremely easy, and I’m old. The furniture variety is amazing and with a budget to suit everyone.

Dining chairs – When I purchased 4 dining chairs in the Fyshwick Fantastic Furniture store, there were only 3 chairs available in stock. Selena, who attended me, arranged for me to collect 3 and ordered the 4th to be sent to the store for later collection. Selena is extremely helpful. Show details ·  1

Poor customer service – There were no one attending us fir more than 30 minutes after which we had one person who attended to us. Pretty rude service and response to our question whether or not the price is negotiable was poor and unrelated to the question and was clearly racist  Show details

Customer Service 100% – I had made a deposit on a modular lounge. The delivery time was not what I had envisaged so I cancelled. I then purchased two single chairs and an Ottoman which arrived before the expected time of delivery. I had a fall on an almost invisible table, there was no signage so my foot hit the table and I fell. The staff were all very kind, compassionate. Karen S, in particular, was very helpful. They don’t honour their guarantee – Two items bought, and they offer a product warranty. They didn’t honour this and passed me around and never called back when they said they would. Be wary of their warranty and promises. Also the products were heavily souses in chemicals and the sponge went on the sofa within 12 months. Show details

Friendly staff and love the furniture – I have bought three couches over the years from fantastic and I have loved them all. Their couches are very comfortable and the price is so affordable. My recent couch is a Dakota for the new lounge room with my 13 year old Ruby couches being moved to the TV room. Amazing! I also recently bought a gorgeous rug from fantaatic which is again both affordable but also excellent quality.

Had what I required at a reasonable price – The store was easy to find what We wanted. The range was perfect as they had various colours.the quality was excellent. We did not have to assemble the product as it was already assembled. Show details ·  1
