Hi Jasec, I am very sorry the item you were looking for was not in stock. We try and have as many products available for immediate purchase as we possible can however it can sometimes be hard to predict what items our customer will love. We also do have a range of made to order items like sofas and ottomans that do have varying wait times depending on the item and fabric. We also like to give our customer a choice of over 100 different fabrics to choose form so there can sometimes be a wait time involved. Hi, so I recently bought the Avoca 4 Drawer Tallboy from your Smithfield store in South Australia. When I opened it I found that some edges were chipped, marks were on some parts where it looked like workers carelessly removed tape, and there was one piece that even had a large crack/dent in it. Also, there was hardly any protective packaging material used, and it was also rather thin and damaged as the make it almost useless. When I discovered this I was severely disappointed and am probably going to take it back tomorrow. I have also read on here and other sites that pieces of their furniture, including pieces from the Avoca range, have been damaged upon arrival. So I ask, could you please try to get these issues dealt with? And as a company ensure that workers are careful with goods? If this happens to me again I will discontinue any further business.

What happened with the Avoca furniture in beech colour? I have that in my home, love it, and would like to get some extra chairs and a larger table.

Hi New Kangaroo, thanks so much for your question. We have introduced a number of new and updated ranges in the place of the Avoca in Beech. We do though have the Avalon six seater dining table still available in Light Ash. Ask your local store to order for you if they don’t have them in stock. We don’t have any Benni chairs in Light Ash left in stock, but you could definitely match the Dalton chair in White, currently $49, which is the same price the Benni Chair was.
