I brought a Hudson comfort plus lounge 3 and 2 seater in 2012 at a cost of $1328 about 8 months ago the spring and foam started bulging the cushions, they have become so bad that it is now uncomfortable to sit on. From. What I understand the comfort plus lounges come with a 10 year guarentee. But I was just declined the claim stating it was out of warranty. Is this correct?
