We visited Fantastic furniture at Warwick Farm to purchase a new lounge and when I saw the Heston sofa I just wanted to sit on it. The recliner and built-in USB are a great inclusion and the fabric is so soft and the colour is perfect. The sofa was delivered 3 days later and was no problem putting it together. I brought 2 lounge chairs , not too bad to put together . I’m very happy with the chairs as they were brought with my arthritic back in mind and are perfect for that purpose. The delivery man was lovely , he brought the cartons inside for me . He had made a delivery of a 6 seater table from fantastic only weeks before . Not complaints here . I have found the quality of customer service abysmal. After having purchased a double bed and floor rug I was told that the bed had to be got in and the rug would take about 3 weeks how ever after ringing the store and waiting an eternity to get to… Read more
speak to some one I found the bed had arrived so I travelled 100 kms to pick it up. When I got there on Monday I was told the rug was discontinued but they had located one in Armadale and was getting it transferred I rang yesterday Tuesday 9th and they said they would track it for me and return my call. This didn't happen so I rang the store again today and was told it was in stock. I went to Tamworth today to get the rug and I purchased an additional rug whilst I was in the store a phone call came in and not answered the sale girl just ignored it. I have now returned home and decided to order another one. I have now been on the phone for more than 50 mins and no progress. As far as range and price they are great but if service is what you need give up their service has hit an all time rock bottom
Follow-up · Well it's all put to bed now. I have received my mates. When I picked them up I was cheeky enough to suggest some form of compensation for my trouble (tonged in cheek of course) that was just skimmed over as you would expect but the upside is I have learned a lesson don't go there if service is what you want

Very rude staff. No one approached me in store, so I called instead. That was a mistake, the lady on the phone when I tried placing an order refused to place an item on an invoice for me and told me that if I was to put it on an invoice I would have to pay in full. comes into store. I have a gift card to use. I was fine with paying a deposit over the phone and use the gift card to pay the remaining balance and I am well aware I can’t do this over the phone.
I will never again be buying from Fantastic Furniture Tamworth. I’ll buy elsewhere from now on like Harvey Norman and Eureka who go above and beyond for their customers and have better quality of customer service.

Fantastic Furniture sell the worst quality shelving units. The ABSOLUTE WORST. This is the second shelving flat pack that has fallen apart during construction. The quality of the particle board just crumbles under any weight. It was thrown out before even finishing putting it together.
