Fantastic from Fantastic! – Our Fantastic experience was fantastic from start to finish. Store staff were lovely. Very knowledgeable and helpful, and patient with our multiple sofa-testing. Good communication during the manufacturing period through to delivery, which was on time. The delivery driver took great care getting our sofa and chairs through our very narrow doorway. Great experience – Armidale store is well laid out and easy to browse.Whoever does their merchandising has done a great job The team are friendly and knowledgable about their items. Most items I required were in stock and the warehouse was at the back of the store so I didn't need to drive blocks away.to pick up my furniture. received a call from the store manager [Name Removed] who advised me I had been lied to by her staff and that my couch was actually due on the 9th of December. [Name Removed] said she would make a call in attempt to make it priority, which is pretty hard since all your stock appears to be coming from China….NOT SYDNEY. On the 12/12/21 I went into to FF with my mother, which my mother confronted the store manager [Name Removed] as I listened in and browsed the store. I continued to hear [Name Removed] lie to my mother through her teeth about the delivery date, she then showed my mother her delivery date on the screen, to which she gave us another 4 weeks waiting time! Without even offering a discount, or even just some throw cushions for the inconvenience and constant lies we were told. Whilst browsing I found another couch (the only one in stock) which we decided to get instead as we had also bought futon we from fantastic, which is disgusting, you might aswell sit on a milk crate. When making up the difference we still were not offered any discount, no delivery fee waived or apology. Only had to listen to [Name Removed] tell us how much she loves the couch I had initially bought and frankly, she can have it. My mother and I will never, ever, shop with fantastic furniture again. To not even be offered a discount or store credit for the lies, wait time and inconvenience is purely disgusting. You should be absolutely ashamed of your Armidale store, it’s purely pathetic & by far the worst customer service we’ve received. I am very happy to be wiping my hands of this company.

Somewhat dismayed – I purchased a Bergen Blanket Box. Inquired online if it was actual timber. Person said yes except for the veneer. While there was some solid timber most was composite timber.
