cheeky comment back to me that had me and my friend laughing out loud but which I won’t repeat here. So many sales people are robotic now and are afraid or unwilling to treat customers, especially older customers like me, as if we were real people and incapable of taking a joke or having a laugh. This young man gave me the best service I have had in a very long time and I hope he continues to treat all of his customers with the same humour and kindness that he showed me and my friend.

I bought this chair from Fantastic Furniture with a 3-year warranty. In the last couple of months of the warranty, the lumbar support completely failed. I sent photos and videos to their warranty team, but my claim was refused. tear.” He even looked at my purchase history and contacted other stores to check past claims. Despite showing clear evidence that the chair is faulty, they wouldn’t repair or replace it.

I’ve lodged a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading about this. Under Australian Consumer Law, products are supposed to be durable, fit for purpose, and of acceptable quality. A major fault like this can’t be denied just because of previous claims but that’s exactly what happened.

while it lived. Don't think i will ever buy a mattress from there again though, took ages to arrive and when it did was a whole lot harder than in store. About 9 months later and the thing is less of a mattress and more of a torture device. Honestly the last month and a half i either wake up every 2-3 hours in pain or suck it up and sleep on the floor

Waited way to long for the delivery – Product was good when it arrived and the ppl who delivered were very nice just the wait for it to be delivered was way too long. 3months to get here.

Comfort for everyone – I went instore to check the lounge I saw online. I needed a specific shape lounge to be able to sit comfortably and Fantastic had the ONLY lounge that fitted my back requirements, while having a style that not everyone else has. It comes on Wednesday (less than a week after purchase, and I could have had it earlier) and I am looking forward to a lounge that suite me!! Show reply

Beautiful store - Great team – Very busy store. Showroom was beautiful. Clean, tidy and well presented. Didn't know that they make their own lounges in Sydney and they look great. Went in on a weekend and despite their being about 50 other customers shopping they had half a dozen staff serving. Even had a few Warehouse boys in Fluro out talking and selling to customers. Friendly and helpful – The many shopping experiences I have had over the years, have always had a very satisfied outcome. I have bought various items, and in the past six months, I bought three lounge chairs. The range of designs, colours, fabrics is to be commended. Love this furniture – Easy to navigate this store , due to the great customer service. They have a great variety in their range of products. The dining suite is very sturdy and looks really beautiful as well. The assembly took some time, of course, but was very easy to follow the instructions because of the way it was packaged. Show reply
