Saw product online and the staff at Chullora were very helpful. My chairs are perfect and exactly as advertised. Sturdy, amazing Merlot colour and fabric is great quality. Very comfy, almost envelops you. Easy for an afternoon nap. The delivery guys were polite and friendly too. Was pouring with rain and it was so well wrapped with plastic and protected. EXCELLENT Sleep tight single Mattress – Needed a single Mattress , saw one on Fantastic furniture Website so went to buy ONE. For the price you would think it was rubbish, however was so surprised Mattress was spot on its the one they put with their bunk bed .Unreal Mattress and very comfortable and Excellent for the kids has springs also. their “chat service”. Also tried the Moore Park stores and that just goes to several recorded messages not matter what option you press and then nobody answers. Worst customer service – Worst customer service. I ordered my item 6 months ago and i understood there would be a 2 month lead time as opposed to 1 month due to the current stock situation that all retailers are going through. is when i started to experience the worst customer service. When I finally did get responses I was lied to each time about when I could expect delivery, when each of those dates came and passed I again had to chase them up for status updates and they were terribly inefficient in calling me back or responding to my emails. The last date I was told I could expect a delivery notification was 10/11/2020 and once again that date has come and passed with no one contacting me even though they always say someone will call me if there are any further delays. The staff at chullora either need a crash course in customer service or need to find a new vocation because at the moment they are ruining the fantastic furniture brand

Very disappointed about the lack of communication at the DC – Mix up after mix up after mix up at the DC regarding the delivery of our item. Part delivery after no delivery after no delivery.
