lasted not even 3 months. All we received was an email to say our claim was rejected because we placed a furniture cover over our outdoor setting to protect it! No where on the product does it state not to cover the setting. When at the store we even asked about a furniture cover from there, but was told they only sold them online, not in store. We were never told not to use one. So we purchased it elsewhere. The cover was specifically designed to protect against the sun and UV rays. It was an expensive cover, but now is the reason they are denying us our warranty. It's absolutely ridiculous. I have tried to contact the store again regarding this with no luck. Needless to say I'll be following it up with consumer affairs as this is not fair. The product is substandard quality for the price we paid, and the after sale service absolutely terrible. Thanks for nothing Crossroads fantastic furniture.

The sales person in stores need to explain potential customer in details what are the sales discount condition – There were some discount issues at the time of purchase, but after reaching out to the Fantastic Furniture team, the matter was pleasantly resolved. My experience with Paul at crossroads Fantastic Furniture – I bought 7 Avenue chairs, a Verona tall boy, 2 Verona bedside table drawers, 2 lamp tables from Casula Fantastic Furniture. I was very well looked after by Paul who was very helpful throughout the purchase and delivery. Can't rely on commitments made by staff – Booked furniture on Sunday as I was told that delivery will be done immediately on coming Wednesday. No update until Thursady and when I called they told me that my furniture is not scheduled for delivery. I wanted this furntiture for some function at my place and had bought it becuase they had confirmed that it's in stock and will be deliverd on Wednesday. Guess what!? can't rely on what the staff promises you.

given as to when the delivery of the missing items would take place, but I would be contacted. I waited another 3 days and then contacted them. Due to 'delivery areas' I now have to wait another 3 days to have it delivered, if it actually turns up this time... The product that has been delivered has been fine for the most part with only 1 item suffering minor damage during delivery.
