told "We have to contact the distributions centre before we can assist you", and to hold out 24 hours for a response...surprise, we never get a response. One excuse we received was "the manufacturer isn't responding", as if they are attempting to take all responsibility for this mess off of themselves. We have moved into our first home, therefore this was our 'first couch' you could say - it's not as if we have an old couch that we we're upgrading etc., instead, we sat on dining chairs for the first 4 weeks in our new home, only to have to go and spend more money on a small, cheap couch elsewhere just to get us by as Fantastic Furniture STILL can't give us a straight answer, or an ETA as to when our couch might arrive. We were planning to host Christmas this year and to think that, after ordering in August, we still might not have a couch on Christmas day to host our families is extremely disheartening. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement to be honest, and as compensation we received an $100 gift card, that also took two weeks to arrive because they were on backorder! Safe to say the gift card won't be used as I won't be using this company again. It's a shame, as we furnished other parts of our new home with their furniture and were happy with the quality. After this amount of time, and the lack of communication, an ETA on when we might be getting the product that we paid a significant amount of money for, I would at least expect a partial OR full refund. I will now be following this up with Fair Trading as I can also see that I am not the only one with this issue.

Ripped off with delivery – I ordered a lounge suite costing $3500.00 and asked for free delivery as it was only a five minute drive but no deal. It cost me $75.00. Next day I ordered 2 pantry cupboards online also cost $75.00 for delivery. They both arrived same day same truck. I feel ripped off. Show details

12 weeks and still waiting – Bought a couch on 3/1/2023 told it would be 5-7 weeks. Rang after 9 weeks and was then told it would be in the next 2 weeks. Waiting 4 months for order – I requested and paid tuggerah branch for 2 jazz lounge cushions 7 August 21. They advised would take 6 weeks. at 3 December 21. Their lack of communication is a disgrace. Im now going to request a refund and if that is not forthcoming, im lodging complaint with fair trading.

Service with a smile – I'd just like to say I very rarely send reviews but I feel that the delivery service from Tuggerah Fantastic Furniture definitely warranted it. I was given a time frame and the delivery was prompt, the two young men were pleasant, clean, quietly spoken and polite. They asked where I wanted the furniture and were very particular about not damaging anything in the way through my small house. Now to unbox my deliveries :) Show details ·  1

New Lounge – We have purchased a lot of household items at your Tuggerah store and will continue to do so. Our latest lounge was delivered when we expected it and the delivery team was very helpful getting the old lounge out and placing the new lounge where it needed to go. Oh my goodness - just so happy – Picked my dining suite out in 10 minutes, in store - they had so many to pick from. Quality was outstanding. Easy to assemble legs to the dining table, chairs did not need assembling, which the hubby was happy about. Looks sensational. So very happy with our choice. Fantastic Service! – The team at Tuggerah were super helpful and speedy in arranging for me to pick up my products. They re-printed my misplaced receipt for the dock and loaded my car making sure to not damage my other belongings. Show details ·  1

Disappointing and mixed messages – My partner and I ordered the Dakota modular lounge on 24th May 2020. We were told it would take 4 weeks to come in as we chose the 'basic' colour and fabric - no special order. I called Tuggerah 27th June 2020 to ask for an update and a woman told me it was in Sydney waiting to come to Tuggerah then out for delivery. I called today, 4th July 2020… Read more

and asked for an update. I was told it hasn't been made yet and it'll be another 2 weeks. They said from the notes it should be 6-8 weeks from the order date. However, the woman in store told us it would be 4 weeks which is why we went for the 'basic' colour, otherwise it'd take longer. The boy on the phone today, 4th July 2020 couldn't care less about the order. He was dismissive in tone. I understand it is not his fault in particular - I told him this. However, receiving mixed messages is deceiving and frustrating. I just rang again, 4th July 2020 to get the order number to lodge this complaint and a woman named Glenda who was very lovely told me that it will be in the distribution centre on the 10th July 2020 and then out for delivery. She expressed how frustrating and confusing this would be for me and said she didn't know why I had received so many mixed messages. I'm at the point now where I want to cancel this order as it has been a waste of my time and money.

You can’t go past Fantastic Furniture to create a look that’s individual as you are at such incredible prices! – The different sections of the store are quite easily laid out but a little bit crowded at times. There is a great range of products but there was a few things I was after but they didn’t have in their range eg a range of outdoor furniture. The quality is good for what you pay.
