Great value for money! – It was our first time shopping at Fantastic so we just went in to have a look to see if we could find a TV stand that we really want but we never thought they sell it; we couldn't believe how cheap it was; so without wasting any more time, we just bought it. Assembly expense adds to cost of furniture item – I have bought a good number of furniture items from this company and would rate the staff and products highly. However what is not initially apparent is the added cost of assembly. A small pod bedside table priced at $89 is not such good value when you add $70 for assembly. single came in at $170. It appears that some sofas are now also self assembly whereas in past years they were delivered assembled.

Crappy lounges – These lounges are crap quality. I exchanged 2 already and now the rest of the lounge is crap. Decides when it wants to un recline, the cushioning where the legs go move down even if you barely touch it. I Wont be buying lounges from Fantastic again Show details

restrictions in place, first of all I saw the rule are being properly followed with marks to keep safe distancing. Before walking in to this store I checked almost everywhere online, but couldnt find an office desk of choice. Then, walked into many shops around the area but kept Fantastic Furniture for the end as I was sure to find something there from my prior experience. None of the shops had anything close to what I wanted, next point was that everyone had there specialisation and some had beds and mattresses while others had other home furniture. Its only at fantastic that I saw everything under one roof. Each section was very clearly separated, I just had to walk into the office section and then I found my choice in less than 5 minutes.

Now, comes the best part I wanted a desk and chair but they dont have it in stock. I was being helped by the salesman named Jai, as he did not have stock coming till next 4 weeks, he checked the nearest store which had stock and gave me the contact details and direction For warwick farm and also advised me the best method to place order. That store too had only one piece in stock, so I had to act quickly. The rest was very quick.

Thanks to Jai, I am liking the office desk (couldn’t get the chair) and I could arrange everything well for this forced work from home season.
