No Stock ever, everything you want to order is month's away – for almost anything you want to order on the Darwin shop there is an 8+ weeks waiting period. If you not going stock anything in Darwin, why don't you just close down your physical shop and people won't waste their time and will just order online.

Always out of stock – Nothing and I mean nothing is ever in stock. We come here all the time. I don’t know why, because nothing is ever in stock. Pathetic. Ugh hate this store. How does it still operate?? Show details

Long time between purchase and received – Bought couch in store on 31/10/2021, was delivered on 20/2/2022. Couldn’t give a time of delivery ended up waiting until 3:30, average couch. Very easy and fast to deal with did a click and collect and it was ready very quickly, also looked around the store and wasn’t constantly followed like some of the other furniture shops do. Very happy with my purchase. Show reply

Amazing, helpful and polite Customer Service – Angela was a godsend upon our arrival. to try and help me get a response. Following her help with this matter she then patiently and thoroughly walked me through the entire range available in store for the seat I was wanting. She even personally went and checked that the item was in the warehouse and in good condition before selling me the chair I decided on. Angela made the whole experience easy and was understanding of my initial frustration with the furniture I am still waiting on.
