purchase. Don't bother buying, the slats are very thin pine, it will not last! He was not jumping on the bed, he just sat on it. Then, it took days to sort out, them requesting lots of photos and then telling me I need to undo the bedframe, then pack it back in its original box!!! This would have taken hours and hours. I absolutely love my new lounge. I've been wanting it for months. It actually withstands my cats nails and fur better than a fabric lounge. I thought I'd need to put plastic protectors but no need to. It's comfy as. Firm but not hard as a rock. Beautiful colour. Colour - the actual colour it is not plain white, or bright white as appears on website. It has a pearly, grained pattern throughout. Before assembly pieces looks more grey-ish / off-white, at first. This Recliner is absolutely Fantastic. My Back was injured 3 years ago and even Physio has not helped much. The Massage function of this chair has been a God send. Customer service on my click n collect order was very disappointing. Bought my item online on a Sunday morning and wasn’t able to collect from the warehouse until Wednesday morning due to the warehouse being closed and no feedback from Fantastic Furniture.

delivery up just like that, it is so unethical and morally unfair. They shouldn't be able to get away with this. The customer service representative [Name Removed] was appalling, trying to cut my chat off without giving me a chance to respond, twice. He aught to be spoken to by management. Trying to charge this consumer $850 now, then when my friend put the exact two beds with delivery to the exact same suburb, it suddenly now says $775 total. This recording is PROOF that Fantastic Furniture PRICES CHANGE however and whenever they CHOOSE to rip you off. This price fluctuation in a matter of 5 minutes is a clear example they charge you however much they want & supports my word, that THEY WERE, $736 total. Just shocking.
UPDATE: They have done nothing but waste my hopes and time. They should not be allowed to get away with this ripping off and false advertising misleading potential customers. They then said they failed delivery because there was no parking and no one was at the location. Still unsure which one because if they couldn't park they didn't even check if someone was there. Which someone would have been between 9AM to 5PM.
There was parking. Trucks and vans have parked nearby all day and they're the only courier who's struggled with that.
I asked them what's going to happen and they said they'd email me before the end of the day but then didn't.
Contacted them again.
Ignored my questions, wouldn't offer any sort of compensation, basic acknowledgement they could have done better. Like talking to a brick wall.
Refused to let me speak with a manager or supervisor. Was lazily responding not even botheringtoc type out whole words (e.g. shortening "you" to "u") which is pretty unprofessional in a customer service role.
They said the "compensation" for the inconvenience was not charging me to attempt delivery. Not very generous they didn't charge me for the service I already paid for and they didn't provide.
Asked them to cancel my order, the one they can't deliver, which they didn't.
Order number via the SMS doesn't match my order number in my email. Item didn't say marketplace anywhere but my bank transaction does.
Bank transaction says it was a return but I never got the item. Claimed the store delivered not a third party courier but couldn't simply deliver between reasonable hours.
Overall really shady and frustrating to deal with.

Product is great, easy to assemble. It was a gift for my tween who loves the bed. My only criticism was one of the delivery men used my front yard as a toilet, had he asked he could have used the actual toilet. I found this to be unhygienic, rude, and unprofessional.
