couldn't park they didn't even check if someone was.
There was parking trucks and vans have parked nearby all day and they're the only courier who's struggled with that.
I asked them what's going to happen and they said they'd email me before the end of the day but then didn't.
Contacted them again.
Ignored my questions, wouldn't offer any sort of compensation, basic acknowledgement they could have done better. Like talking to a brick wall.
Refused to let me speak with a manager or supervisor. Was lazily responding not even botheringtoc type out whole words (e.g. shortening "you" to "u") which is pretty unprofessional in a customer service role.
They said the "compensation" for the inconvenience was not charging me to attempt delivery. Not very generous they didn't charge me for the service I already paid for and they didn't provide.
Asked them to cancel my order.

because we literally had a motor mechanic putting them together. At one point we were all ready to give up and just go build an engine instead because it honestly would’ve been easier. The main issue was the holes on the back of the chair didn’t line up properly at all. You had to twist and cross the chair in some weird specific way, nothing would fit. Because of that, we ended up forcing things a bit and even snapped a couple of screws trying to get it together (Back support) To top it off, two of the chairs still came out not straight, which pretty much sums up the whole experience. In summary, decent value for a temporary chair but assembling it will test your patience, your relationships, and your sanity.

Colour - the actual colour it is not plain white, or bright white as appears on website. It has a pearly, grained pattern throughout. Before assembly pieces looks more grey-ish / off-white, at first. Then looks more white in the sunlight (see the photo of the white square shelf taken outside). Once assembled it looks so elegant! So very happy with this, it is a lovely cabinet overall - beautiful! This Recliner is absolutely Fantastic. My Back was injured 3 years ago and even Physio has not helped much. The Massage function of this chair has been a God send. Obsidian King Medium Mattress - bought in October, by early December a lump had developed in the mattress and online team informed me that I had to dispose of the mattress with pictures if I wanted a replacement or a full refund. the time of purchase. Living in an apartment, this is completely impractical as I cannot physically carry large furniture items upstairs myself.
When I contacted customer service to cancel the order, I was repeatedly told it was impossible because a “third-party supplier had acknowledged the order”. However, I later confirmed that many of the items had not even been picked up or shipped yet, meaning cancellation should have been straightforward.
Instead of resolving the issue, I was told that I would need to wait for multiple separate deliveries, refuse them individually, and then potentially pay return freight. This is completely unreasonable and shows a total lack of accountability from the company.
To make matters worse, I was given conflicting information by different representatives, and at one point I was outright misled about the status of my order.
Customers should be aware that once you place an order with Fantastic Furniture, they may refuse to cancel it even when the items have not yet shipped, leaving you stuck with delivery charges and unnecessary stress.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I will not be ordering from Fantastic Furniture again and strongly recommend others consider alternative retailers.

options. 1. Keep items and accept a paltry $18 refund 2. Take items back to a store and will get full refund in 5-10 days 3. Dismantle and send them photos of the chairs in a skip/bin and they will send refund.
