Had to return some chairs that where being recalled. Looked online to find opening time of this store which was 9am, upon arrival at 9am to return the chairs the warehouse which is in the same building does not open till 10am. !!. No further information so followed up yet again and now told 7-10 days and they will deliver. They've had our money and offered no further discount. Really hoping we'll see this product soon.

drink whilst eating and although wiping it up immediately, it has caused water damage and swelling to the table top. After giving feedback to the store, we were simply told sorry not sorry and were emailed there instructions on how to care for there furniture. You’d think a table designed to eat and drink at would be designed well enough to handle such spills.

them for refund ao I can organize another gift for my child they tell me it can take up to 10 Business days. They made the mistake, but it’s out of their hands and there’s nothing they can do! current discount promotion and we saved loads. I was surprised delivery would be in 2 days…… it was all delivered as expected, very quick and easy process. The delivery guys were friendly and fortunately strong, as we had lots of boxes.

store assuming there would be an alternate collection point but was told that wasn't the case and I'd have to come back tomorrow. The lady I spoke to was obviously used to getting such calls and was very apologetic but couldn't do anything to help. She confirmed the message I got saying the goods were ready for collection was an automatically generated one. I'll now have to waste another few hours repeating the trip tomorrow. Such poor service. I wouldn't recommend this retailer to anyone.

Okay products at reasonable prices but the assembly of the flat pack is ridiculous. Over 280 screws and bits for a chest of draws. I’ve assembled a lot of flat packs over the years but this is the worst one I’ve ever had, makes ikea stuff look like child play. Would have been better value to spend more money on solid furniture that’ll last longer. Luckily I haven’t opened the other items I bought so I can return them for a refund. Show details

bit disappointed to be told that they dont deliver on Monday's as I took anual leave for that day as we got the keys to our new house then, (like what company dosent work on mondays) so we organised it for 2 Saturdays time as that was the day we planed to get all our big stuff moved from the other house. I was told they dont pre plan the delivers that far ahead and I had to wait for a text message and they would tell me an available date, we'll I got a message that afternoon but the dates weren't suitable as we wouldn't have access to the new house then, so I texted the date I wanted, and then I got confirmation of the wrong date! I tried to call but aprently you guys dont like to work normal hours, so I had to email my issue. I did get a call back later that afternoon and planed for the delivery date we needed. Now when it finally got delivered we were deeply disappointed that it was in boxes and required assembly. This was not advised to me during purchase and ruined our whole afternoon! It would have been appropriate to advise that it needed assembly or offer a service with a fee for it to come assembled during delivery. Overall 1 star taken off for not having suitable delivery times and the circus it caused. And another star taken for not being advised assembly was required or no assistance for assembly, 3 stars remain for the friendly staff in store.
