Fantastic Furniture QLD, Helensvale

Had to return some chairs that where being recalled. Looked online to find opening time of this store which was 9am, upon arrival at 9am to return the chairs the warehouse which is in the same building does not open till 10am. !!. Criminal – Purchased a foam mattress which I didn't use at all and was intending to return for a refund. Was advised that as the packaging had been opened they couldn't refund the item. Law stipulates that regardless of the packaging being on or off a refund is qualifying. I won't be buying from them again. It appears more and more retailers are coming up… Read more

Best Customer Service – I have to say that Fantastic Furniture Helensvale really do stand behind their products and customer service is second to none. Recently bought a 2 seater Smith Recliner, when we unpacked some stitching was broken. Great staff and good value furniture – The sales staff were friendly and informative. They couldn't have been more helpful. We wanted to take the beds home ourselves in our small hatchback, and the guy at the despatch gate was happy to wrangle them in for us. Would not sell me a chair – Attempted to buy an office chair went to the counter to pay only to be informed that they can’t sell me that assembled chair. When asked why not I was told we just don’t sell them they are only on display. Tried talking to the office manager who would be lucky to have passed 10th grade how ridiculous that policy is but to no avail. The staff at oxenford are hopeless.

Inferior quality product – Purchased last year for the double bed Hamilton suite with 2 bedside tables and a check of drawers. It was already chipped before we got it out of the box, and is peeling laminate off the chest of drawers

Cheap Quality - You get what you pay for!! – Don't waste your money. Spend more and get a decent quality couch, that will last you longe. We bought the Miami 3 seater chaise lounge and the fabric is of cheap quality. Not for a tiled surfaces as the chaise constantly moves around after sitting on it. Easy pickup and great service! – Ordered a bookcase online. Received emails and texts (even reminder texts) to arrange pick up. Store said it was ready to be picked up in store. We picked it up straight away because we just wanted to be done with this company. Lounge was ok. You get what you pay for. sending my enquiry in and within 1 day of the couch coming into stock it was delivered to my house (which was further from where we were when we originally purchased the couch) and replaced from the original one, all covered under warranty. A great experience and really appreciated!
