back within two hours. 40 minutes later, I received her call back, alerting me that everything had been confirmed with the warehouse and all items were in stock. There were further details to be confirmed, where the call was again disconnected and a return promised. Again, [Name Removed] called me back before the time-frame provided and confirmed full delivery of items would be within 48 hours! Honestly, [Name Removed] was fantastic. Even the delivery driver was wonderful. Polite, helpful, efficient and nothing at all was too much trouble. Sales people are not made like [Name Removed] any more, so it really was wonderful to have someone willing to assist so fully.

Problem fixed! Thanks Ipswich Fantastic! – Update: The Manager of the store personally delivered the constructed shelving unit and apologised for the mix up! the West Ipswich store. She paid $15 extra to have it assembled and planned to pick it up herself. The salesperson said it would be $49 to deliver it if she changed her mind. They eventually texted her on 18th August that it was ready for pickup, with 7 days to do so. She is 73 years old and decided to have it delivered instead & returned to the store on 20th August to pay extra $49. Delivery cost has now gone up to $59. She paid the $59 and the unit was finally delivered on Saturday 22nd August - in a box!! Mum immediately rang the store, salesgirl very apologetic, promised to waive the assembly fee, said she would speak manager etc. Now Thursday, unopened box sitting on her front verandah (delivery guy told her she had to accept the delivery), no contact from Fantastic. Small change for some people but very distressing for an aged pensioner!

Extremely slow delivery time, misleading time frames given – Ordered in store on 28.05.20 (order number 4452000142127) and was given a 3 - 4 weeks time frame. BE AWARE when they give you a time frame they use clever marketing tactics and say "3 - 4 weeks until it is here". has to be sorted at Richlands before being transported to the Ipswich store and then it is scheduled to be delivered to you. When I challenged this and said "you gave me a delivery time of 3 - 4 weeks I was told: "no we haven't lied to you". Additionally, when we call and ask for a progress update depending on who you ask they say different dates which contradict one another's information given. When you challenge this and ask who is correct they claim the other person was wrong and has giving incorrect information. I asked what the acceptable timeframe was to receive the delivery as I have paid for delivery and was told "there is no timeframe, it takes as long as it takes" so I was told a firm "no" when I asked if they would consider some form of compensation for it taking so long. I called today for an update and was informed that my order was received at Richlands on the 10th of this month and will be a further week and a half to get to Ipswich. So that was 6 weeks from being ordered to the Richlands warehouse. In short, be aware that lead times given are not delivered, they are simply a timeframe to the Richlands warehouse and 3 - 4 weeks is not accurate at the moment it is more likely to be 6 weeks. And may take up to 8 weeks to get your order delivered.

Happy customer – Bought a bed and mattress, bed was available had to wait 2 weeks for mattress it turned up got a text message saying everything was ready for pick up . Went to pick items up I had too small of a trailer lucky me the gentleman who does deliverys was there and $75 later it was delivered straight to my house 40 minutes away . Natural customer care – I have purchased items to this store several times. A part from the affordable pricing of their products, it's the care, humane communication of the staff, especially, Nikita because she is the one I have dealt with most of the time. No Customer Service – Went to view couches last week, was only two other customers in store, and they were together. Despite walking around store for at least five minutes, and sitting on several couches, in full view of two staff members (one of whom was with other two customers), was not offered any service at all, nor any greetings. Loved the design but – I bought a Jazz 3 seater lounge because I loved the design but, it is the most uncomfortable lounge I've ever had. It seemed fine in the shop but, after sitting on it for about 15 minutes at home, it sagged, the wood dug into me and the cushions kept shifting. It soon became dirty and uncleanable. Worse mattress ever – The new escape mattress plush oh well what can I say wake up crippled every morning this mattress is no way the same feel they had on the floor to try this is more firm it's crap the one on the floor was perfect softness if you want to wake up with back and neck aches this mattress is for you Show details

Deluxe Sleepscape Mattress – Bought this mattress from Ipswich store. Kellie was very informative, honest and polite. A joy to buy from. Transaction was quick and ready to pick up straight away. Bedside tables – Fairly easy to assemble. No food poisoning or hallucinations during assembly this time, which is definitely a better tactic to tackling flat packed furniture.
