Okay products at reasonable prices but the assembly of the flat pack is ridiculous. Over 280 screws and bits for a chest of draws. I’ve assembled a lot of flat packs over the years but this is the worst one I’ve ever had, makes ikea stuff look like child play. bit disappointed to be told that they dont deliver on Monday's as I took anual leave for that day as we got the keys to our new house then, (like what company dosent work on mondays) so we organised it for 2 Saturdays time as that was the day we planed to get all our big stuff moved from the other house. I was told they dont pre plan the delivers that far ahead and I had to wait for a text message and they would tell me an available date, we'll I got a message that afternoon but the dates weren't suitable as we wouldn't have access to the new house then, so I texted the date I wanted, and then I got confirmation of the wrong date! I tried to call but aprently you guys dont like to work normal hours, so I had to email my issue. I did get a call back later that afternoon and planed for the delivery date we needed. Now when it finally got delivered we were deeply disappointed that it was in boxes and required assembly. This was not advised to me during purchase and ruined our whole afternoon! It would have been appropriate to advise that it needed assembly or offer a service with a fee for it to come assembled during delivery. Overall 1 star taken off for not having suitable delivery times and the circus it caused. And another star taken for not being advised assembly was required or no assistance for assembly, 3 stars remain for the friendly staff in store.

Told her what we had in mind, she listened carefully and then said, "for what you are looking for, this is the couch best suited." And promptly showed us. Answered all our questions. Printed out pricing for a combo of 2&3 seater, and/or armchairs. Looked up stock availability, and when we said we need to go home and check dimensions of couch with our lounge room, she mentioned we can order it online and have it delivered. Delivery date error in confirmation order vs the date shown in checkout & pay section online meant del in Jan instead of before Christmas (within 2-4 days from purchase date) as mentioned.
After contacting Fantastic Furniture, they organised delivery within original timeframe mentioned.
I now have my Jazz 3 seater lounge seat to go with my Jazz 2 seater before the Christmas celebration period, very happy how it turned out.
Great! Friendly Staff – I purchased in store after looking online. The bed I originally wanted wasn't what I expected when I saw it up close, to low to the ground. July 6th 2017 Update: Great Quality
I purchased the Geo 5 piece dining set from Fantastic Furniture recently and I am extremely happy with the quality and price of this product. It was a very affordable, small in size dining table exactly what I needed and wanted for my home.
The table is very sturdy and strong, which is much more than I expected for the small price we paid. This purchase was made in store, very effortlessly. The package was flat based which made it extremely easy to get into the car and into the home. Instructions were also very straightforward. Overall extremely satisfied with this product.

assemble, and since it was chipboard, one of the legs snapped. However, with my handy man capabilities, I added a steel brace and saved the day. I definitely will not be purchasing anything with a lot of parts again, that need to be assembled, (from anywhere). It took me about 2 hours to assemble. My advice would be: "Realize that you get what you pay for, be aware of the materials used in the product you purchase and be sure you are prepared to undertake the task of assembly".
Overall ok – I've bought mattresses and they have been perfect. But their furniture, specifically the Havana bedroom suite not to good, after 2 yrs the frame of the bed plus the draws in the bed side table, and dressing table started coming apart everywhere, I gave up Trying to fix it.
