Ridiculous ! – How stupid - I picked up a lamp from the shelf and took to cashiers - I was told sorry but this lamp has been sold - I said no it isn’t it is on the shelf to purchase ! Was told no it has been sold online - I said no it is on the shelf to purchase . She said we just haven’t done our online pickups yet - it’s 11.30am when do you do the pickups ! Jazz chaise sofa – Customer service in store was good. Quality of sofa is not but you get what you pay for. The legs are wobbly and the cushions started going flat almost immediately. The chaise section is uneven so your legs sit higher up than your lap which makes it hard to get out of. We regretted this purchase within 3 weeks. If you're not too fussy and you don't want to spend a lot, this is the place for you.  Show details

Spent heaps but didn't get a discount – Having done all my research online and visiting the store to place my order valued over $6200 i was extremely disappointed to be only given a $74 delivery fee waiver versus maybe a 5% to 10% discount on such a large order. Receiving a survey within two days of placing an order for goods, and not actually having the goods seems somewhat strange aswell. Show details
